The worst restuarant I saw in rishikesh yet is this . After eating here my stomach is paining a lot and the family person with me who gone also feeling same . I think we got food poisoning from him probably but not sure as might it be due to other reason else i have ended his restaurant 😂(may be food safe just ,assuming Don't take serious) The dhaba types restaurant you will find just near it , and they are giving much better food than this . I ate here dosa and such a worst services and taste . They don't know what is dosa . Only sambhar good but masala of dosa not have any amount of salt , they don't know how is coconut chutney prepared such a worst chutney . No water served , no service . Price high almost twice more than others and food didn't good enough to justify it . The restaurant looks good by having ac and sofa but the experience is foolish that I have complaint to rishikesh ministry about it . I think surely some action may be taken . They served mineral water bottle without we asked and after we already started meal . We thought it includes in meal and they didn't informed and charges for it while just outside after two shops you will get cold ro filtered water for free 😂 . No normal water service while all other restuarants here are fool who giving it free and almost all hotels i visit , i never say you can't have water 🤣 . I ordered 2 dosa and he bring just one and we have to wait more for a dosa. Sambhar bowls are tiny in which normally chutneys are served and we asked more sambhar the foolish waiting bring just 1 small same size bowl after keep waiting 5 minutes while we 2 person are dinning and then again we have to wait . Salt was served when we asked . Napkins are Serving after finished half meal 😂 inhone kbhi hotel m khana nhi khaya kya bhai Mt jaana yaah auur...
Read moreWe had a pleasant dining experience at Topiwala Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff was polite, attentive, and accommodating. One thing I really appreciated was that my cousins follow a Swaminarayan diet (no onion and no garlic), and when I requested such food, the staff happily arranged it for us without any hesitation. It’s rare to find restaurants that cater so well to special dietary needs, so that was definitely a plus.

Not all customers may want or be able to purchase bottled water, so offering normal water would be a thoughtful addition. Secondly, they charged extra for onion in the salad. In most restaurants, basic onion slices are served free of cost alongside meals, so this felt unusual.
Overall, the taste and service were very good, but small improvements in basic amenities and complimentary items could make the dining experience...
