Great northern Himalayas — Attraction in Uttarakhand

This was my third camping trip and i would say the worst one. Though i went on recommendation, but the place was really sad. While we reached there, there was no one to receive or greet us. Two teenagers picked our stuff and took us to the camp(which is some 15 mins walking from the road) and dumped our stuff. We had no clue what to do next. They dint even offered us any water to drink. The tents were dirty filthy, and so were the toilets, with dirty water spilling all around. When we asked where the manager was, we were told he has gone to the city. And then came the cook and asked what our problem was. And oh omg after we saw how dirty and sweaty he was, we dint even have the courage to eat the lunch he must have prepared. So we left the place and checked into a hotel since we were travelling with family and kids. There are much better camps in rishikesh with good facilities, Pls opt for those. This place is hopeless. Hello everyone, If you are planning for rafting in Rishikesh, please don't take any services from this organization; this is a group of fraudulent people.

Firstly, they booked your package with an advance booking at a fixed price and promised to give you better services, but at the time of the rush, they hiked the price of services and did not listen to anyone, even if someone like me booked in advance. There is no value to their word.

At the time of booking, they said "Atithi Devo Bhava," but afterward, they cheated.

So, I request everyone not to take services from these fraudulent people; otherwise, your trip will be ruined, just like ours.

Worst guide they just lie you about that phone has been ban by government so that they want extra money for there go pro camera.When denied they didnt even properly raft guide our 30 members goeup faced issue due to his poor service. Highly unprofessional and rude behavior also asked us to review on google i dont care tumhre review se kuch nahi hota avoid this company talk about complete charges at the location they start asking for per person 20rs govt charges.
