Ananya's Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

I visited Ananya restaurant with my office colleagues, and while the hygiene and service were decent, the food quality was absolutely appalling.

Food Quality: The dishes were bland, poorly prepared, and lacked any freshness. Some items even tasted off, making us question the quality of ingredients used. It was shocking that a restaurant with good service could deliver food this bad.

Embarrassment: As the person who suggested this place, I was deeply embarrassed in front of my colleagues. This was supposed to be an enjoyable meal, but instead, it turned into a huge disappointment.

While the staff was polite and the place appeared clean, none of that matters if the food is this subpar. I would not recommend Ananya to anyone who values a good dining experience.

2. Service - 0/5. The waiters are least bother about the customers. You need to call them every time. And probably they don't want to work. Always ignoring customers call. If you complain regarding any problem they will just ignore you.

3. Food Quality - ( -1/5) Pathetic food. Not delivering the correct food. Chicken dish were pre-cooked. Tandoori roti was uncooked.

4. Food Quantity - ( -1/5) Very less quantity of rice was provided. We ordered 3 rice plates for 4 people . We had to order 3 more rice plates.

5. Pricing - Compared to other Restraunts nearby the pricing is high. the quantiy & the quality of the food is not at all satisfying.

Overall Worst Dinning experience. Strictly recomending not to go...

By default one star is mandatory, otherwise this restaurant doesn't deserve even a single star.

Let me start with the service which was utterly pathetic. We waited for half hour just to get a menu card even though the restaurant was empty. We had to ask for the menu at last as noone was responding. They didn't even ask to serve the food. Just put down the plates and left.

Now coming to the food. First of all they served stale food. The quality of the food was tasteless & disgusting. Everything we ordered was literally just not fresh. Total waste of money.

There was no washroom in this so called Multicuisine restaurant. Just a jar of water outside to wash hands. Again pathetic.
