We have been regular customers of Bangur Bhikharam, purchasing everything from sweets to snacks. However, today’s experience was nothing short of shocking and dangerous.

Just a few minutes ago, a guest at my home was eating a chum chum, only to find a metal screw inside the sweet! This could have led to a serious choking hazard or even internal injury if swallowed. It is beyond concerning to think about the level of negligence in their kitchen.

How is this establishment maintaining hygiene and safety standards? This is completely unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the quality control at Bangur Bhikharam. We were lucky to detect it in time—but what if it had been a child or elderly person?

Bhikharaam is a famous sweet chain in India. They are famous for their various varities of Indian sweets like badam ki katli ( almond marzipan), kaju kajli ( cashew sweets), boondi ( sweet made from gram flour), sandesh ( milk sweets made from chenna). They also have in house savoury products like chana chur, bhujia, aloo lachcha etc.
