Veg Dhaba Bangur — Restaurant in West Bengal

I ordered for the first time for 3 items ie Hakka Noodles, Paneer Chilly, Vegetable Fried Rice. Now here goes the review... Hakka Noodles : Duniya ka sabse ghatiya hakka noodles ever eaten both taste and quality taking into consideration. Paneer Chilly : A extremely thick layer of cornflour over the paneer to make it appear bigger in size. Curry was very spicy (hot) that eating it had to be thought over and over again. Hence we threw away the gravy, got rid of the cornflour layer and managed to eat those small pieces. Vegetable Fried Rice : Could hardly see any vegetables except for spring onion for seasoning and decoration.

I just had a takeout of veg hakka noodles and the quality was just pathetic. They had absolutely no veggies in them, no taste, no salt, no soy sauce, just plain thick noodles in oil. Even though i asked them to make it nicely with veggies and all, they paid absolutely no heed to my request and charged me 120/- per plate. Not a single person who ate, liked it. I could not even get it to taste after adding additional sauce. Will never recommend buying from here. They have degraded the quality of their food...

One of the most pathetic restaurants around. The restaurant doesn't gives heed to customer's requirement (Like without onion) or they follow standard norms of service (deliver spoon or fork as required). Some of the items on the menu are real good and items like Biryani are horrendous.

Speaking of service, its a disaster. I really wonder how they have been able to keep up their shop this long with service...
