Pepperz Bangur — Restaurant in West Bengal

I ordered the cheesy veggie burger , but what I got was clearly not freshly prepared. The dish tasted stale and old, and I could tell that it had been reheated multiple times. The texture and presentation were also unappetizing.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality, especially when it comes to food safety. Serving old food is unacceptable and potentially hazardous.

Unless pepperz bangur improves their food handling practices and quality control, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even the customer service woman was not spoken well. She said to not order from next time onwards instead of repenting for it. I really not recommend...

Must Know points before visiting -

1 - Seating arrangement is pathetic. Really cramped up place. 2 - Very DIRTY and disgusting cleanliness manners. Ask them to clean the table and they will simply wipe it LIGHTLY with an even dirtier cloth. They will bring your plate with their dirty thumb on your food :) 3 - They dont provide bills and won't accept anything BUT CASH. Not very honest taxpayers, eh! ;) 4 - Have to wash your hands with a saloon-hair-sprayer jug.

Recently ordered garlic bread,cheese penne pasta and sandwich.I must say one of the worst food I ate recently infact couldn't finish and had to throw it totally.Garlic bread was sweet,chilli cheese sandwich had just chilli sauce and the worst pasta I ever had till date.Its a request whosoever concerned kindly change the cook who is randomly experimenting with food in ur kitchen rather than focusing on opening other outlets to torture...
