Food Boulevard — Restaurant in West Bengal

Food Boulevard is located in the departure terminal of Subash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata. A variety of shops, such as, Curry Kitchen, Kusum Roll’s, Idli.com, Noodle Wok, Chaat Wala etc sell a variety of food stuff. Wow flyer meal selling Veg and Non-veg stuff at Rs. 350/- & 360/- is also located here. One Masala Dosa, cost Rs. 145/-, idli vada at Rs. 145/-, Double Paneer Roll Rs. 200/- etc all are selling at much higher rates. Few sweet shops are also located. Lot if people can be seen eating at all the times. Quality is not extra ordinary. Good place to wait...

We have various option as we have 8 hrs long waiting to catch our next flight. We tried masala tea, dosa, sweets and packed some mutton biryani. For me masala dosa was the winner. Masala tea served in kulhard was very nostalgic way of presentation. Tea was also very good... One should and must try gangaram's sweet... Its bit expensive compared to the sweet you get in kolkata. But its worth as you get authentic bengali sweets right there in kolkata airport. And finally the mutton biryani of kitchen curry outlet... Its disaster......

Me and son got a stomachache after eating here. I ordered chicken fried rice and it was bad smelling and tasteless, upon bringing it into notice, the chef denied and said it should be rice with sauce hence it does not have taste and for adding souce you have to pay more.
