Let me start by saying I had an awesome experience with Sayak cakes and Rohan, walked me through the varieties of cakes and flavours he had with photos. And also the sizes and designs available. I placed an order for 2 set of cakes, mango crush and white forest 2kg and Half kg respectively. It was amazingly tasty and freshly delivered home at Kolkata barrakpore area. Delivery charges were reasonable and the delivery was also on time. It’s my first time order and Rohan made it easy and pleasant. Rohan is a guy who puts customer and customer experience first. I would definitely recommend sayak and would always order from them without any second thought.

I ordered cake from here but they change cake style, the cake which I ordered it's not delivered to me, they deliver different cake, a stale cake,test was very bad, also I ordered candle along with cake they don't deliver that also. Packaging wasn't good. The delivery executive also didn't handle it properly. The cake was delivered in a poor condition with both sides pressed and distorted. No option wad given to write name on the cake , no happy birthday message . Had to order a cake again. It didn't serve the purpose....
