The Park Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

Not a very pleasant experience here, especially because of the summer heat. The food we ordered on the whole was 3.5 because the starters were a solid 4/5 but the main course was really disappointing and a 2/5. We had ordered Chicken Mushroom Hot and Sour Soup and crispy chicken for starters which were really good, savoury and tasty too. For the main course we had Chicken fried rice and sizzling chicken. The fried rice had a moist texture and I personally couldn't grasp the concept of the chicken because it was chunky but also made into a ball and had an outer coating. Nevertheless the chicken's gravy was too watery and a bit sweet which we specifically mentioned we don't want in our dish. The price is reasonable-a bit high and the ambience is not quite good except for the A/C. On the whole it was okay-ish but I think we should've tried the tandoor cuisine for the main course. About the service, the waiters did not wait on us properly. We had to keep asking multiple times for the basics like water, a clean dining table and plates to eat. I don't think I'll be visiting again to sit and dine but probably would order tandoor...

If you're willing to pay money for nice food, don't go to Park at all. Waste of money. Not at all worth it.we order tandoori chicken, butter naan, chicken kasa, chilly fish, mixed fried rice, .... Tandoori chicken teste is not good chicken was hard no juicy softness 😢.….....Absolutely pathetic and utterly disappointing experience I went to dine. Food quality was substandard .Chef doesn't have proper understanding of usage of spices in main course doses. Chicken kasa and chilly fish was not up to the mark ..We don't found any capsicum and onion in chilly fish.. service was too bad nobody attend the table... One steward came and throw the menu card top of the table after 10 minute another boy came and provide water in glass and ask us what us like to have ...We order stater after 20 minute tandoori chicken come we had nobody serve us with in 3 minute main course serve in our table there is no spoon when we finished starter main course dishes is get cold . Looking wise food is good but if you taste their food it worst. Ambiance is good

I visited around past 4 with my family I ordered 2 lassi sweet that was not sweet (salty and sweet) not cold i askd for ice they provided Orderd for ice cream chocolate that was good We have spend 30 min roughly I didn't asked for bill waiter AJAY came with bill & informed us lassi will take only 5 min to finish you should finish and leave the place, i confirm that we cant sit for some time he said no you cant sit As i am a manager of one night club cum restaurant If your restaurant is full you can politely ask your guests sir people are waiting, but he said this is not a cafe where you sit by ordering lassi , as that was 4 pm i cant have lunch or dinner That was very unprofessional to ask there customer to leave the place while restuarant is all empty This is for the owner (sir you should train your staff and try to keep full your restaurant cause croud will gives good vibe any resturant and you should never ask to leave no matter that customer spend less or high Very bad experience specially Ajay...
