Wow! Momo - Serampore — Restaurant in West Bengal

I went to the counter (opposite to Samrat) on 14th June 2024 at Wow Momo Srirampur. I asked if there is non-veg combo, they said nothing, veg combo will be available. I went out and stood in front of the shop and saw that shop's veg combo Alevel and they accepted the order. I called the shop and told them that I went and you said no, now I got it, how can a woman give the phone to another person without thinking what to say, I said I will make a complaint, she said Karoon and hung up. After 5 minutes the branch manager called and wanted to know, but while talking I got to know that the home delivery items are stale, fresh at the counter. They said on their own and then denied. This experience is no more. share with everyone.proof available...

Totally bad experience I faced today, I online ordered two himalaya steam momo but I get small size fried momo . One parcel is also veg. This is totally bulshit. Staffs are not good at all. Very much careless. Disappointed very much. I attached 2 photos that what I ordered and what I actually get from them. 👎🏼. Not recommended for...

I don’t know what is wrong with this Serampore wow momo branch , they put a meal for two in with they are giving 2 coke , but receiving one coke from the delivery boy . After that o tried calling in the branch but their no is switch off !! This is how they are doing shit...
