Ordered from Domino's through Swiggy 2 days ago. Asked for 1 veg loaded pizza WITHOUT MUSHROOM among other things. Even called their outlet through app to confirm they got the instruction. But finally received pizza WITH MUSHROOMS BUT WITHOUT ARANCINI PATTIES. Tried Swiggy helpline- they were not able to reach the Domino's outlet. They said they can't help since Domino's deliveries are handled themselves, so advised to mail the Domino's guestcare email!!
Sent mail same day, received response next day asking to fill a feedback form which doesn't get submitted because it says restaurnt address is wrong!!!!! I had copy+ pasted the address in their website☹️ Finally after many attempts at calling their customer care and wading through multiple IVRS options multiple times, got a call back. The rep says on that order they cant make changes. Asked why telephone operator confirmed, they say he didn't know!! Asked why no patties, he says earlier orders had it, but not now. Asked why your website shows it still, so not my mistake, issue me a refund - he says, sorry man, can't issue refund for yesterday's orders 🙄🙄 To his credit, he did offer to deliver another pizza 🙄.
I would be mad to order from them again. They were never really great, it was just the convenience if a nearby outlet. And this complaint i had was not about the money, which was small, but how they don't provide consistent quality and service, and how their system is fully set up to evade accountability at every step. Teshy experience overall, left a bad taste...
Read moreI recently visited this branch, and it was a terrible experience. The AC was not working, making the restaurant unbearably hot with no ventilation or fans to provide any relief. When I inquired about the AC, the staff informed me that it only operates at specific times and is controlled by outsiders. This is unacceptable—how can customers be expected to enjoy their meal in such uncomfortable conditions?
If the AC only works at certain times, Domino's should consider closing the restaurant during non-AC hours. The management was very unresponsive and did not provide a proper explanation. When we asked for the regional manager's contact information, the staff refused to provide it, behaving very rudely.
After this incident, we were not ready to dine in and left the restaurant. We also asked how many customers complain about the AC not working, and the staff said around 3 to 4 customers complain daily. Despite these complaints and numerous reviews mentioning the issue, no action has been taken.
This reflects extremely poor management and a lack of respect for customers. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone. No use in expecting better...
Read moreWe placed an order for 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic bread today @8.10 pm and they promised to deliver it within 45 minutes. We rang them up by 9.10 pm for which they responded that the order is on the way and it would reach us in another 5 minutes (The Domino's Pizza, Nanganallur is 10 minutes walk from our residence) but till 9.30 it didnt. We called them up again; a lady staff picked up and I explained our order and asked why it was not delivered. She said that the order was ready long time back but was punched as dine-in and started giggling with others. I heard it very clearly when she said that "ennaley sirippu control panna mudiyalai" when they were discussing the status of the order. The she replied, the order will take 20 more minutes to reach us. When I got irritated and told I am cancelling the order, she said fine. Finally another guy called us after 10 mins and told us it will reach us in another 10 mins for which we didnt accept.
The staffs are so irresponsible and they dont even apologise. Is this the manners/courtesy they follow in Dominos. Great! I would never want to go back there. Also would never recommend anybody...
