this is regarding that yesterday 8/8/21 by 4pm I visited and this is how I felt in kfc velachery (Chennai) I ordered for 4 piece hot and crispy chicken and mojito and 2 nos regular N/V burger ! When I asked the service person about that whether I can go first floor and enjoy my kfc meal but the staff said they’re putting mop So u can go after 5 mins ! After 5 mins I went upstairs and had the chicken is not even fresh which means the quality of chicken is really bad and it smells like something awkward even though I had and left and the first floor restaurant smells very toilet smell after they mopped , they don’t know to use air fresh after mopping , after reaching home I complaint about this in kfc official feedback site after raising the complaint in another 10 mins I received a call from MR.ABJIT the store manager called asked me and told me to describe the issue after I said he said ok will replace your order as a complimentary and he told me send my house address to deliver the complimentary but after I shared my house address he didn’t replied and again I raised a complaint again because I thought he closed my complaint but now he Is threatening me like will send you police to your home .. see this is useless manager gets a job in kfc doesn’t know to handle Staff and customers and forgot to mention they not even turned on the Air conditioner even after informed to turn it on ! One of worst thing I faced in kfc see the bill and chat history how he texted me and finally he personally complained to police and I recieved a call from police on today which Is on 10/8/2021 .. see this how those kfc people will behave when u pay and eat where u won’t get the right food for your money … even if u raise ur voice about their mistakes they’ll charge against us legally! This is how KFC running their business in world it seems finally realized.. after logging so many complaints still now I didn’t get any update from any one...

I had the worst experience at this KFC outlet. I arrived at 10:20 PM and stood in the queue to order. After waiting 10 minutes, at 10:30 PM, the staff suddenly announced that dine-in was no longer available—without informing me while I was waiting! When I requested to dine in, the staff reluctantly allowed me with an irritated attitude.
I placed my order at 10:35 PM, but to my shock, the cashier prioritized three other orders before mine, just because I insisted on dining in. Even worse, I had to wait until 11:30 PM—something that has never happened to me at KFC, even during peak hours.
After the ridiculous delay, I was told my order was finally ready—only for the staff to ask for the bill and make me wait another 10 minutes. By then, I was the only customer left waiting. It was clear that my order was being deliberately delayed, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The cashier, Mr. Nageshwaran (Emp. ID: 649184), displayed rude behavior, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of customer service. If this is the standard KFC now maintains, I will seriously reconsider ever returning.
Absolutely horrible service, and I do not recommend this outlet at all. KFC needs to take action immediately!

We told the cashier it was our first time dining in, and they recommended the Zinger Pro Burger. The display graphic showed the burger with French fries, so naturally we assumed fries were included. When the food arrived, no fries. Upon asking, we were told that fries only come with the meal. This was never explained to us at the counter. How is my middle-aged dad supposed to know the difference between a standalone item and a meal, especially when the display is misleading?
There was no drinking water available, and when we requested a Pepsi refill, the cashier rudely dismissed us—even when we offered to pay. After insisting, we were charged ₹249 for just three small cups. That’s excessive and made no sense.
To make things worse, we waited over 20 minutes just to pay for the refill, completely ignored by the staff. And this was on a Sunday, with only two counters open during peak hours.
The food was fine, but the poor communication, lack of basic customer service, and overall disorganization really took away from the experience. Definitely reconsidering dine-in here...
