We totally got fooled by the Google reviews. Please don't get fooled by the positive reviews. The spread was very very limited and completely not worth (mostly the cheapest vegetables taken from market and made into curries) and that too on a saturday. food and taste were below average.
They don't keep starters in the buffet. You have to order and they don't even properly inform on what is available. We were informed that there is only chicken and fish in non-veg, but we could see the other table getting served all different kind of starters (probably they were some media influencers). Also nobody was interested in serving our table once that influencer gang came in.
They did not come and ask if we want any rotis/breads. We had to call and ask them what is there (most of it they did not have) and had to wait for such a long time for 1 single piece of kulcha.
Desserts spread was also very limited and also were not good.
Only good thing about the buffet were the cut fruits. Only thing that was fresh.
We paid 6171 for 4 people, feeling bad for wasting my money. Totally not worth it. Please don't come here for a little less money and spoil your experience as we did. U can pay a bit extra and go to much better places and have a wide variety of food.
In short, not a worthy buffet in terms of both taste and spread. Service was also not that great and welcoming.
@sage and salt. You can instead charge higher and give a better experience to customers rather than charging less and spoiling someones experience. Also please have a menu card for the (starters/ bread) if you don't have everything available. Also your staff themselves don't know on what is available and what is not. And a big lesson should be that everybody pays and eat at your restaurant. So stop showing partially and bias towards your normal and influencer customers and try staying...
Read moreI wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful buffet dinner I enjoyed at your hotel on Feb 13 2025. The entire experience was simply exceptional. The ambiance of the dining area was perfect – elegant, yet comfortable and inviting. It created a truly relaxing atmosphere, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The selection of food was remarkable, offering a diverse range of cuisines to suit every palate. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring that guests had a delightful experience. Mr.Dinesh natarajan who was chef particularly excelled in bringing up excellent dishes and Mr.krishnan who is F&b manager also was very helpful. Their professionalism and warm personality truly enhanced the evening. The combination of delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable dining experience. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to my friends...

We went to Sage and Salt for a team dinner (around 15 of us), and it turned out to be a really good experience! The staff were very warm and hospitable, always checking in and even replacing dishes promptly whenever something ran out — really appreciated that.
The ambience was nice and cozy, though a bit on the compact side — could’ve been even better with a little more space.
Coming to the food, it was honestly great! Both veg and non-veg options were well balanced. We especially loved the Chicken Murgh Kebab, Fish in Xuo Sauce, and Nawabi Paneer Tikka from the starters. From the mains, both the Chicken and Mutton Biryani stood out, and the White Sauce Pasta from the live counter was quite good too.
The Kothu Parotta at the live counter was okay — could be improved a bit. But the surprise highlight was the Beef gravy in the main course — absolutely delicious and rare to find in a buffet at a star hotel. Big thumbs up for that!
Overall, a great spot for team dinners or group gatherings — tasty food, good service, and a...
