Very bad delivery service . We ordered a 6 in 1 pizza for dinner and the store had accepted the order via the Dominos app itself. We ordered around 8:49 and the order kept preparing for 1 hour . We could accept initially there was rain around the area but the Store didn't contact us about any delay in the order or through the app . We contacted the store after a 10 minutes of struggle just to hear that it will be delivered in 10 minutes and that 10 minutes still hasn't reached to the employees concious yet . The order kept saying 30 minutes out for delivery and we contacted the Dominos head quarters about it . They apologised for it and turned towards talking to the outlet. And now for the surprise the number of the Dominos head quarters doesn't exist. Make your calls for God's sake atleast guys . I don't usually judge but you don't even have sense to call customer to inform about any status delay on our orders . Why do even bother delivering through...

Worst experience by an employee behavior, we ordered a thin crust pizza and fried wings. After we finished it we went to the counter to order something more but the staff didn't even ready to take our order because she was busy. I understand they also working human being and they are busy but respect wasn't given that's what really made me feel bad for stepping into dominos. she was not even cared us as a customer, We were standing near the bill counter to order one more pizza but she was in hurry and just passing us by saying it will take more time to give a food if you order now. We were actually ready to wait but shocked because of this rude and meaningless behavior....this behavior literally made us feel like we are not at all important for dominos,we really felt bad and left the outlet.

Worst Dominos that I have visited ever. Went to place a take away order. The girl who was there said please wait I'll take your order in 10 minutes. First off, this is not the first time we have visited this particular Dominos Branch, but this was the first time we were so rudely asked to wait. As we had promised our son and his friends Pizza we waited to order. Time ticked on and then after waiting 20 minutes I asked if they will take the order now. The Girl there told us NO it will take another 30 minutes before she can take an order as she has a huge order.
