New Guntur Gongura — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

They are serving colored chicken pieces in the name of mutton.

It's not first time, when I visited one year back I ordered mutton curry in that I got 1/3 pice of chicken, I shouted the attender he requested me and said please leave it this time it may happened by mistake, I thought it may happened by mistake and I left from there.

After one year, last night, without any choice at night 12:00 am I ordered mutton dum biryani through zomato it costs around 294, I got 90% of colored chicken pieces in it(you can see the same in attachment, I don't know what technique they used, it become brownish outside but you can see in center white color).

I called them they simply said complaint in zomato, and rejected immediately, when I called them why cheating like this they blocked my number.

They know what they are doing, zomato don't have proper complaint system.

From 1yr they cheated me 2 out of 2 times, imagine how many times people got cheated in this one year, raise your voice don't leave them.

I don't want to leave this simply.

I'm not creative, i don't even need to blame you or anyone for nothing by spending this much time, the same way i may complain to zomato to get my money back but why i am here, please don't act, i already posted complaints in fssai, i know it won't work but be careful.

see in fact when i called at that night you replied to raise a complaint in zomato without listening anything its real,

when i called 5 times later you rejected my number and finally attended and said to come and exchange without hearing anything at 12:30 midnight its real,

while asking why i ordered in zomato if i go somewhere, you rejected and blocked my number its real,

the images i have attached is real, i had videos more photos and all your call recordings,

i'm just understanding if i can able to come for exchange you may blame like i added those pieces since its an online order, LOL

i posted this for people [not for you- i know you wont change] who see reviews and if they faced the same may split at least on your face.

Piqued by the food delivery agents zooming in & out of its gates, we walked in for an impromptu hump day lunch. The joint is visible from traffic and is located prominently in the Sholinganallur junction, towards Karapakkam. You will have to get into the service lane, if you have a vehicle to park. There's ample parking space for two wheelers, not quite sure about cars though. We walked in with the presumption that it's going to be a regular Andhra mess, where ambience takes a back seat with food taking all the focus. We were quite happy and pleased to find a nicely done AC hall apart from the no nonsense functional seating of the non-AC part. We opted for NV Meals, which had two NV curries with tiny pieces of meat/fish. It had all the other regular curries you would associate with a South Indian meal. I'm a huge fan of the lentils powder with copious amounts of ghee served in Andhra eateries, and it was here as well. The meals ticked all the right places. We ordered a side of Phuket Fish. It tended to be greasy and nothing to write home about. Biriyani seemed to be popular, as quite a few people had opted for it. This place is frequented by the IT folks around the joint and rightly so. Service could be better, as the waiters weren't really sure of what's available and what's not. Ghee required quite a bit of follow up. But am going to walk-in again for the Biriyani. Prices were pocket friendly. #letsguide #pocketfriendly #homefood...

For namesake it is guntur gongura but you wont find the telegram style kind of food here. I am not writing this review by visiting it once. I have visited this place many times. Every time i visit i face some issue with the food. You can think that if i face such issues, i can simply choose other restaurant to dine in. The reason i have chosen this thing is, it is nearer to the place i stay and there are no andhra restaurants nearby. They make food more oily. They add more masala. In one of my visit, they have added expired sweetcorn to the recipe i have ordered. Since i am not bold enough to argue, i just left that place by paying my bill amount without eating the food. Once i have ordered food from here through online, they made it more oily and they added more masala and the food tastes salty. So i have requested for replace or refund through that app. But the app's customer service says that the restaurant is not accepting for replace or refund policy. Such a worst service i have never seen. If the restaurant officials see this review, my advice to them is kindly improve your food quality as well as taste instead of commenting...
