For the past 5+ years ,I used to come here. Previously the service is too good and the ordered food was hot ( Especially Zinger burger ). But Nowdays i am seeing this outlet slowly downgrading their service provided to the customer. Last 2 weeks i am experiencing the worst ever service and food here. Everytime i used to order Zinger burger here , But last 2 times i am seeing its not so fresh the chicken wasn't even hot, it was so soggy and stale. And also i said i want peri peri chicken but they served hot & crispy chicken ( Even its just a single order like 1 zinger burger & 1 Pc Peri Peri Chicken ).
Service : Customer service is very poor and they do not care about walk-in customer. Person who serving their order is playing in counter and they are not caring about customer's order. Why i am telling all these is i just watching all this drama in sitting in the front row. The service was egregious. The workers were also careless and They showed more zeal for swiggy or zomato deliveries than us, the direct visitors. Very bad experience. Bad service they are very slowly playing and gilling and not interested in work and making us stand for long time. Poor billing and People are Irresponsible and insensible in taking orders. They take very long time to take orders and very long time to deliver the order as well.
Food : Foods need to be prepare freshly but in this outlet so many chicken pieces are in food trays. Kitchen person sending the burger so quickly but counter person's not serving the food , i dont know why such a incident is happening here. The zinger burger is not hot for the last 2 times.
Branch manager kindly train your people how to behave and service the customers.

Read moreI've had a worst online food delivery experience in my life. I had placed order for chicken from KFC app and it got assigned to this branch around 7-30 PM. The delivery slot was showing as 9-9:30PM and I paid for order online was waiting for my food. In app it was showing my delivery will be done by 9PM. Though it passed 9-30PM I did not receive my order. I was starving very badly and tried to reach out to customer support which is another disaster. They will hold you in line and suddenly disconnect your call after waiting for 15-20 mins. Then I ordered food from other app after 10 PM because there was no way to reach out the rider or the restaurant to ask what is status of order. Around 10-50 PM one person came and delivering our KFC order. I did not accept the order since I had already finished my dinner and on the billing note billing time was mentioned as 8-15PM. But there was no fault from rider I believe since he showed us he received order around 10:19 PM. If the store cannot find a rider then why at first stage accepted my order and made me starve.
