சரவண பவன்....பல வருடங்கள் கழித்து இன்று குடும்பத்துடன் சென்று ஏமாந்து வந்த இடம்... பெரும்பாலும் இந்த உணவகத்தை தவிர்த்து விடுவேன்..இன்று வேறு எதும் இல்லாத காரணத்தால் .. தண்ட செலவு.. 175 ஒரு சாப்பாடு ....தயவு செய்து யாரும் போகாதீர்கள்...

மதியம் 3மணி அண்ணாசாலையில் ..ரீட்சி தெரு அருகில் உள்ள கிளையில் உணவருந்த சென்றேன்.. சாதம் தவிர மற்ற எல்லாம் சூடு இல்லாமல்...கேட்டால் மதிய உணவு வேளை முடியும் நேரமாம்...அப்புறம் எதுக்குடா சாப்பாடு இருக்கு சொன்னேய்...பதில் இல்லை...

ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் ..ஏதாவது வேண்டும் என்றால் ..பதிமாறுபவனை தேடவேண்டும்....கேட்பதை கொண்டுவர 10 நிமிடம் ஆகும்..

உணவு முடித்து வெளியே வர 4.15 ஆகிவிட்டது..

சேவை சரியில்லை...எல்லாம் ஒரு ஆணவத்தால் இருக்கின்றார்கள்...நேரம் இல்லாத காரணத்தினால்.. பிரச்சனை செய்யாமல் வந்துவிட்டேன்..

175 ரூபாய்க்கு பெறுமானம் இல்லாத உணவு....மனம் உளைச்சல்..

Do not go to these cheats... Very costly.. And poor quality.. i ordered for 2 meals one fried rice, gobi Manchurian and one chilli panneer..

Except the rice.. Nothing was served hot.. And to have to ask the server each and every time to bring something .. Either sambar.. Or vathakylambu... It was over our they don't have it.. Sweet poli was like a tyer.. And the mean was not worth the cost of 175 rupee...

The gobi Manchurian was full of maida flour than actual gobi... It was another cheat.. The chili panneer was okay.. And the fried rice was too bad.. It was very chill.. And the guy didn't even acknowledge what I said him.. It was not a good customer service...

You can't get any one for escalation out complaint.. And those idiots will not treat you properly... People have to avoid these Food joints.. Who doesn't...

Went yesterday for having meals with my family relatives due to car parking issues on nearby hotels as a last resort.

Sadly, the fame of food served and the brand gone many years before.

Just entered , almost every seats were empty(we are been the first customer to been served). Went there some 6:40 PM.

No proper service, just we were forced to sit simply for long time, manager was too lazy to take orders, many items werent present while we eat. Ironically no Menu card and price card well.

Myself ordered Masala dosa and my relatives ordered Parotta, Parotta was half cooked and too thick and side dishes like Korma etc served just for name sake. Chutneys served for Masala dosa were becoming stale. Only Sambhar was good for consumption.

Manager is utterly worst, he doesnt even responds properly, even while we call, he just casually move ignoring customers. Utterly disappointed. We were planned to give another order to cancel and just serve Paper dosas, we were additionally forced even wait for 15 mins. Later we just left there.

My relatives werent ate food properly at all. My so called Masala dosa charged ₹100/- for that average quality and quantity of side Dishes.

If you want to relish Vegetarian South cuisine, just go to Geetam hotel, some far from here, service and quality and quantity is much far. Or else, try for Nandhana Andhra restaurant, Bilal, Bukhari(for Non veg) working so fine. Also dont order here from...

To the Management & Quality Department, Hotel Saravana Bhavan,

I am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at your Mount Road branch today, and I feel compelled to bring this to your direct attention.

When I asked for meals, the server rudely dismissed my request, saying that meals were over. Shockingly, another customer was served meals (mini meals) shortly afterward. This kind of biased and careless attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. Despite being a paying customer, my order was not even listened to, and I was forced to settle for chapati and roti.

Such unprofessional service does not just inconvenience customers—it damages the reputation of the Saravana Bhavan brand itself. A restaurant that has built its name on quality and fairness cannot afford to have staff who treat customers in such a disrespectful and discriminatory manner.

I demand that strict action be taken against the staff responsible at the Mount Road branch, and that proper training and supervision be enforced immediately. If such issues continue, loyal customers like me will be left with no choice but to stop recommending Saravana Bhavan and share these negative experiences publicly.

I expect a prompt response and assurance that corrective action will be taken.
