Tovo VR Mall — Restaurant in Zone 7 Ambattur

I recently had the opportunity to visit TOVO, a renowned restaurant known for its infused chicken dishes. My curiosity had been piqued by the widespread acclaim for their culinary creations, particularly the infused chicken. While my long-term desire was to savor TOVO's delicacies at their main outlet on RK Salai, serendipitously, I stumbled upon another branch at VR Mall, Anna Nagar, Chennai.

The extensive menu boasted a myriad of infused chicken varieties, each offering a unique and delightful taste experience. The flavors lived up to the hype, though the prices were slightly on the higher side. The dining ambiance was pleasingly tidy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for patrons.

However, my enthusiasm was somewhat dampened by the intricacies of the food court on the mall's third floor. The payment system presented some confusion, as certain stalls required patrons to top up their wallet before ordering, while others accepted direct payments at the counter. TOVO fell into the latter category, necessitating clarification on which establishments permitted wallet transactions. The urgency for this clarity arises from the non-refundable nature of the wallet amount and its zero-day expiry after recharge.

One highlight of the TOVO experience was the live burning spectacle during the final preparation of the dishes. This not only added a theatrical touch but also appealed to children and those seeking a novel dining experience. For anyone with a penchant for chicken or a love for fusion cuisine, a visit to TOVO is a must. Despite the minor wallet confusion, the infused chicken varieties and the engaging culinary display make it a worthwhile...

I was ordered Tova Infused Chicken from VR mall but it was very bad and was not even hot .Maybe I was late that's why treated me like this. Before this I had a great experience in Mylapore but I was expecting to get the same experience here too but I didn't get.i was wrong . You mention that there is fresh chicken, but the chicken was not fresh it's like Chewing gum And It was already precooked, I saw the prosess in my Eyes They Take out Chicken pice Fridge just applied one sauce only on Top and looted me Rs. 600/- I will share this experience of Family And friends with everyone and will suggest the customer to eat full tandoori chicken will be available for 550 /- Any Restaurant very disappointed .

It is possible that this 1 review not matter to you but people going malls to make memories not to spoil their personal experience in restaurants like yours.

We tried a combo of 2 halves, The chicken served was not fresh. Felt like frozen meat and not properly cooked, smelled very bad. I don't see how they call it as infused as the ones I got doesn't seem to got properly infused with whatever variety of sauce/mayo flavoured spice they are using. Felt even a normal grill at a average restaurant tasted far better than these. When we shared the feedback with the representative, they voluntarily started advocating we should not compare with K fried chicken as these are streamed not fried!! (I never compared while sharing my feedback) Not sure what quality metrics they follow, the chicken served were not fresh and definitely not hygiene!! Atleast they should justify the standards for the price they charge their products!!!! Overall a very worst...
