I’ve ordered multiple times from Street Food by Punjab Grill and have always appreciated their consistent food quality, taste, and reasonable pricing. That reliability has been a key reason why I’ve continued to be a regular customer.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order on a Sunday at 5:10 PM, which included a few bread items and a full portion of Paneer Lababdar. The garlic naan, which should have been soft and fresh, was delivered hard and rubbery. The pudina parathas, expected to be flaky, arrived cold and soft far from ideal.

The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes, but the order kept getting delayed in multiple increments without any proper communication. When I contacted the restaurant, they claimed the food was ready and that the delivery partner hadn’t arrived. However, upon checking with the delivery partner, I was informed that he had already been waiting at the restaurant for the order to be handed over.

To make things worse, the restaurant was not even crowded at the time. After a long and frustrating wait, I finally received my food at 6:45 PM, more than 90 minutes later. By then, I had completely lost my appetite and ended up giving the food to my watchman.

This experience was disappointing to say the least, and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the team takes this as constructive feedback and improves their order handling and coordination...

Last weekend, my family and I decided to try out this restaurant and we were definitely impressed.

We ordered their famous Butter naan, Dal makhani, and paneer paratha roll. The naan was a bit disappointing as it was too thin and lacked filling. However, the Dal makhani was absolutely delicious and lived up to its reputation. As for the paneer paratha roll, it was a perfect blend of flavors and spices.

However, I must say that the prices at Punjabi Grill are on the higher side. But, the food quality and taste make up for it.

Overall, it was a great experience dining at Punjabi Grill. The ambience was inviting and the staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some delicious...

I was in VR mall and looking for small quantity of food for dinner and went with there combo option. I was totally surprised 😲 to see a combo for Rs.99/- plus GST in a mall irrespective of quantity. I immediately ordered Dal makhani with rice 🍚 combo. Quantity of dal is sufficient while rice 🍚 was less as expected. The taste was awesome. It was served immediately without any waiting time.
