costly , but not worthy , or tasty for the money they charge . can spend those amount with additional 100 in some other shop and can have better taste

Service : they are not maintaining time properly, they said at 11 shop will open and I went to shop at 11 and they said come half hour late , lacking in customer retention and service level

Atmosphere:

No seating , not clean , compact place but not at all clean ! Low maintaince

Cut to chase Chai was bad, literally. I had tried Dum chai, it tasted very artificial. flavour was not even close to original tea. It was watery. They don't provide any glass, you're forced to drink in paper cups (may due to lack of washing facility). To top it all, one cup of dum chai will cost you almost 50 rupees, I understand pricing is because of the location but the taste and quality should match that. The restaurant is in a sorry state with cups and straws strewn everywhere.

I'm guessing the only reason these issues are not being resolved is because the restaurant knows Indian people love chai regardless of the environment, but that's not an excuse to leave the place as untidy as it is.
