Candy Cloud Factory — Restaurant in Zone 9 Teynampet

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Candy Cloud Factory, and I must say it was the worst place I have ever been to. Despite the awesome ambiance, everything else fell short and left a sour taste in my mouth.

The place seemed to be overhyped, and it was evident that they were ill-prepared to handle the influx of customers. There was chaos as a lady ran around trying to collect orders, with no proper system in place for order delivery. It was frustrating to see people who arrived after us receiving their orders before us, while some customers who were there even before us still hadn't received anything. The lack of customer management and inefficient delivery system was a major letdown.

To add to the disappointment, we asked for a designer candy only to be told that it wasn't available during weekends due to the overwhelming number of customers. This lack of availability, despite the high demand, was frustrating and reflected poorly on their planning.

Parking was another issue, as there was no designated parking area. Additionally, I was astounded to discover that they only accepted cash or GPAY, leaving me in a difficult situation since I prefer to pay by card. This inconvenience was unexpected and quite frustrating.

While I managed to capture some photos and videos of the attractive ambiance, moving around was a challenge due to the overcrowding and limited space. I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if someone ate their treats and simply walked away, as there seemed to be little control over the customers

Furthermore, the washing area was poorly maintained, and the restroom was the worst I have encountered in any establishment.

All in all, despite the appealing ambiance, my visit to Candy Cloud Factory was a major disappointment. The lack of customer management, inefficient service, inconvenient payment options, and subpar facilities overshadowed any positive aspects. I will definitely not be visiting...

Candy cloud is the good option for the people who are fooditerian

It make us remember our child good when we use to study in school outside the Pani puri, candy seller, sundal seller, ice cream seller we use too see and after scholl over we go and buy as our choice. In that candy 🍭 is also one of the best option we had.Only in colour it is use to sell in . And also in plastic bag pack. A person with his cart Street Street Rome and use to sell this cotton candy.

As today we live in hygiene so we don't want our children to to eat road side stall or dhabas .

But this is became a good buisness for the buisness man.

Along with this cotton candy w thay also have some snacks like White pasta , milkshake, burger, sandwich,etc....

Should try once to remember...

We recently visited the place. The ambience is very vibrant and immediately will catch your eyes/attention, creating a lively and cheerful ambiance perfect for kids especially.

My kids were absolutely happy by the colorful surroundings, and it was evident that the place was designed with their joy in mind. The cotton candy options were not only visually appealing but also delicious, making our sweet tooth cravings thoroughly satisfied.

What truly made the experience memorable was the owner's warm and friendly behaviour. Their approachability added a personal touch, making us feel genuinely welcomed.
