Subject: Disappointing Experience at KFC
I recently visited KFC and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience. I am a regular customer, but this visit left me with several complaints regarding the food quality and service.
First and foremost, the chicken I received was overcooked and dry. It seemed as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, resulting in a tough and unappetizing texture. It was a far cry from the succulent and flavorful chicken I've come to expect from KFC.
Additionally, the side dishes were equally disappointing. The mashed potatoes were cold and seemed reheated, lacking the creamy consistency and rich flavor that I associate with KFC's signature mashed potatoes. The coleslaw was watery and lacked the usual freshness and crunch.
The service was also subpar during my visit. The staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. I had to wait an unusually long time to place my order, and even longer to receive my food. It was evident that the team was overwhelmed, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant suffered as a result.
I have been a loyal customer of KFC for many years, and this experience was a stark departure from the quality and service I have come to expect from this establishment. I understand that occasional lapses can occur, but the combination of subpar food quality and poor service on this visit was truly disappointing.
I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the consistency of their food and the efficiency of their service. As a customer who values the brand, I look forward to better experiences...
Read moreReally a disappointing performance by kfc team to hire those un professionals 1.Asusual they made to wait long time for ordering. 2.The preaparation takes it to another level where they take it from the freezer and wait for to to come to room temperature and then fry which can be seen very clearly from their counter as they have an open kitchen If we order 5items the give 3item after asking them multiple time and they say to collect the pending 2items after some time Inspite of eating i nees to go there multiple times to ask is it ready, is it ready and i get 1item and they says 1more item is getting prepared Finally after washing hands and before leaving i ask them for the remaing item they hand it over and i had to take it home
Conclusion, if you order 4items u get to eat 3item in dine in and the balance 1item had to be taken home this is their method of sales they are doing
I have no idea what is the supervisor doing and why they dont come and give it at table or why cant they provide all at once really confused whether is it a International brand KFC because of their work and want the owner to look after it because people and paying and we need some...
Read moreso, actually we have ordered 2 combos (ultimate saving chicken bucket and peri peri 10 pc chicken strips) and 6 burgers from KFC. After getting the order and while opening, we just got surprised that in the ultimate saving chicken bucket combo, there was only 4 pieces of hot and crispy chicken present. we found that the missing items were 6 pc hot wings, 4 pc of peri peri strips in the (ultimate saving chicken bucket). And also I want to confirm to you that there was only less amount of peri peri strips in the other combo i.e in (peri peri 10 pc chicken strips). I just got embarrassed and was traumatized and I wasn't able to take a photo of the combos. This happened in the KFC city centre outlet which is located in Chennai. Really got disappointed and also there is no proper packing for all the food products. No one should be recommended for this branch and please don't ever place the order in this branch it's too bad. Sure will be writing an email regarding this worst behaviour and experience of this branch. Also it might be some scams with Zomato also. Please take some necessary action in priority or initiate a refund for the missing items which haven't placed...
