Sarada Nivas Lodging — Hotel in Zone 9 Teynampet

cheap low standard hotel.... budget one but no quality service.... our toilet flush was Complaint but they didnt even bother to change room or correct it.... forced us to use common toilet and other vacated rooms put for cleaning.... lot of families were coming to stay donno may be budget one.... but strongly not recommended.....

above pic is fake no rooms like that they close front gate 10.30 pm we have to ring bell for the guy to wake up rooms not clean. used cigarettes were there when we checked in overall cleanliness 3/10 only one person is there at counter... nice behaviour but no use.... always say no rooms free so nothing can be done same dialogue budget one that i admit..... street is near by... but diff to spot this one.... no parking after the front door ur stepping directly on road.... no mobile network inside room no room service, no clean sheets, no fresh towels, no Landphone.

if possible please avoid..... esp with family

double room non ac cost only 800 bucks dat is the only positive reason why u should choose...

Worst experience I had... i booked around 8 rooms.. The staff showed one room which was good and told others r similar to it.. however majority of rooms have a stinking smell, cockroaches and broken walls... The staff were irresponsible when I complained them of cockroaches and room quality.. they asked me to contact the owner.. when I called the owner and complained that there were cockroaches in the room.. HE TOLD COCKROACHES ARE NO BIG DEAL.. YOU KILL IT URSELF !! If ur booking a room get prepared for...

Have stayed in various rooms but this one is the worst I had ever stayed .. a smell thorough out the room , there is no proper arrangement of STB also .. you cannot even turn in bathroom and there is no hotwater as geyser was not working .. had to wait for 15 mins for some one in reception to come and attend .. a mansion which doubles up as a lodging when people come .. no professional people in so called " Reception" .. worst of the worst...
