The worst pub I have ever visited . I visited your pub with a group of friends, and we encountered several issues that were not only disappointing but also deeply concerning. Firstly, we were asked to pay double the amount of our bill because the Swiggy payment option was allegedly not applicable, despite the fact that it had not been blocked and was available it wasn't informed earlier. This was completely unexpected and unfair. When parents came to assist us in resolving this issue, the security staff informed them that no one was inside and refused to let them enter despite requesting multiple times. This caused unnecessary panic and fear, as they were genuinely worried about our safetyas it was already 12:30AM. It is unacceptable to keep parents out when they are trying to help their daughters. Moreover, the behavior of your manager, "Das", was appalling. His condescending attitude toward women was unmistakable. He refused to engage with us directly, despite the bill being paid by a woman in our group. Such treatment is not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful. The lack of an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation further highlights the poor service...

To begin with, Lower Deck Pub Bouncers and bartenders are same and they were really rude. You be a bouncer or anyone, being rude to your decent behaved customers are not gonna leave good impression.

We bought all and came to dine ... Bouncer came and said us to wind up in 30 mins, As cleaning is about to start and night party will start in 2 hours. By that time it was not even 5:30 pm.
