I recently dinned at Grill House, Dr. Thirumoorthy street, Chennai, and had a very disappointing experience. I received the wrong order, and what was delivered was completely different from what I had requested. I had specifically ordered Grill Single fish with Bone Fish, but instead received sliced fish with no bones, which was not only incorrect but also something I did not enjoy last time as they did the same mistake.

To make things worse, there was no proper response or apology from the restaurant when I called to report the issue. Instead trying to convince that I must have visited somewhere else. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the problem and offered no solution and cancelled my other order too. For a restaurant that seems to have good reviews, this level of service is unacceptable. Attitude is what makes the place more favourable.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what really counts. Unfortunately, Grill House failed in both areas — quality control and customer service.

I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their order accuracy and how they handle customer complaints.

Lastly, I have been charged extra for no reason.On menu Grill prawns is showing only 390/- however they cheat me for 30/- extra bucks.

Having such a sore expense would make me suggest this place to no one to visit.

I tried to order what I had on Eid night. And even if you do not serve that dish then would have refused my order before taking rather then bringing all together a different dish.

Secondly, This does not give you a permission to cancel my entire order, which seems to be extremely rude and disrespectful.

Lastly I order what was in the menu and still you guys charged 30/- extra. I would appreciate a better communication of such things before any customer orders the food or please update...

We recently visited this restaurant for a lunch outing with friends, and it turned out to be a truly enjoyable experience. the ambiance set a welcoming tone. The seating arrangements were comfortable but was like an average restaurant. the interiors were aesthetically pleasing, and the overall environment was perfect for a relaxed meal and good conversation.

The staff was polite, attentive, and but need to reapond quick to our requests. They guided us through the menu and gave us helpful suggestions based on our preferences.

Coming to the food – it was delicious! Every dish we ordered was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The starters were a great way to kick things off, especially the crispy fries and tandoori platter which were bursting with flavor. The main course offered a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The biryani, butter chicken, and paneer tikka masala stood out, paired with soft naans and rotis. Each dish had a unique taste and was cooked to perfection.

We ended our meal with some refreshing drinks and desserts. The brownie with ice cream and mojitoes. Portion sizes were generous, and pricing felt fair for the quality and quantity of food.
