My recent visit to BB52 Burgers left much to be desired. The highlight of my meal, the burger, fell short of expectations. It was merely average, overpriced, and lacked the unique flavours I’ve experienced with better burgers elsewhere.

To make matters worse, my girlfriend’s order of waffle fries turned out to be a disappointment as well. They were rock solid & practically inedible. We promptly informed the staff about the issue & the supervisor approached us to address the situation. However, instead of rectifying the problem by removing the item from our bill, we were merely handed a dessert voucher for a future visit. The explanation provided by the supervisor shed light on the issue—apparently the waffle fries had been frozen prior & failed to defrost properly before. This oversight not only affected our dining experience but also left us dissatisfied with the restaurant’s handling of the situation. Regrettably, the gesture of a dessert voucher for our next visit did not compensate for the disappointing meal & lacklustre service we encountered. I went there with a group of friends from the office...

I woule say the first thing that is great about this place is of course the burger and the venue... but what most standout last night was the attentive service of both the supervisor/manager and the service team. even the team at the burger booth was so friendly to us when we want to take some videos for content.

The staff was super accomodating and very polite and professional. I can see that they are very well trained and the concept of the whole restaurant and its service looks very organized. the staff was very informative when they told us in advance thar the burger might be late for 20 minutes than usual because of the high orders at the moment. but small things like this is what make custet service great.

Thank you so much for a great meal. burger was beyond delicious of course. It's worth the price and the place is very comfortable and cool place for dinner in canggu. I definitely reccomend this and will be back again to try the beef...
