300.000 IDR for The worst meat I have ever ate. The Australian Rib Eye was disgusting!! I could not even cut it. It was raw and 90% hard fat. Eat 20% of it only. 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Never go back again for sure! Don’t see the video if you are a sensitive person.

Hello, how are you? Thank you for replying to my feedback.
I would like to emphasize that I am Brazilian and work with meat in Brazil, so I know what I’m talking about. Additionally, Australian ribeye is a cut that should not come with the amount of fat, tallow, and fibrous tissue that mine had. It contained extremely hard chunks of fat that were impossible to cut with a knife.
In my opinion, the cut was not properly trimmed before being grilled. Ribeye — a cut I know very well — should be carefully cleaned to ensure it’s flavor and softness.
I would also like to point out that in your response, you completely overlooked the core of my feedback: the excessive, tough fat. You only addressed the doneness and it is true I really order it rare, but as you can ser in the pictures the steak came nearly raw. Not rare.
When I placed my order, the restaurant was close to closing. And, coincidentally, I was told that I could only order for takeaway — which I found rather unusual. Especially considering there were still other people seated in the restaurant eating.
Therefore, I believe the responsibility here lies with your team — not only for the poor execution of the dish but also for replying to my review without addressing its main concern: the amount of rigid, inedible fat served on the plate. You did not told anything about it, so be responsible,...
Read moreWe showed up at Inklusiv shortly after it opened. A big plus is that there are deaf people working at Warung, and the whole Warung seems like a welcoming place for everyone - it's colorful and safe.
We ordered seafood pasta and a local dish. We were also tempted by the promotional drinks. We have to admit that the portions are really large and filling. The people next to us were giving back almost full plates because they were not able to eat them.
However, what was surprising, was that the food was not at all delightful. My pasta was good, but it lacked flavor. I've seen responses to reviews where the chef's experience was pointed out, but it doesn't impress me when the simple pasta was dry and didn't have much flavor. It was nicely made, the shells had colorful glitter on them, but the flavor was lacking.
Another thing is the price - it's a Warung though, not a Restaurant, and the price scared me. We didn't order an appetizer or anything special, and we paid over 400k. For that price we ate much more and much better.
The place is cool, has a cool vibe and nice mission, but if the food doesn't taste better and the prices aren't lower, I don't know if...
Read moreIf you are in Canggu, you can’t miss this place! We stumbled in by chance and we’re not disappointed. As a former chef, seeing them commit to having a high percentage of deaf employees is inspiring. Our server, Vanny, was deaf and was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and the service was top notch.
I ordered a fruit tea which was nicely balanced and our calamari app was perfectly fried and served with a delightful aioli. We ordered the Babi guling; I heard this is a much try in Bali. The pork was perfectly cooked, it fell apart on the fork. The accompanying sides were also prepared well. The flavors complimented each other nicely and the dish was excellent. We also got nasi goreng. We practically licked the plate clean it was so good! Food was prompt and service was excellent. Definitely will be returning here next time we are in Bali. Kudos to this place for their commitment to inclusivity and for serving up some...
