After spending nearly seven hours walking around Bali in search of the perfect venue for my best friend's bachelorette dinner, I stumbled upon The Bias Courtyard Seminyak—a gorgeous restaurant with a Mamma Mia-inspired aesthetic. I had a brief 15-minute conversation with the team and was struck by their warmth, enthusiasm, and how thoughtfully the space was designed.
What unfolded on the night of the event far exceeded anything we had hoped for. Not only did they graciously allow us to use two separate areas of the venue at different times during the evening, but they also surprised us with so many thoughtful touches: themed decorations, fun accessories, a photo booth, and the freedom to play our own music—all without us ever asking.
To top it all off, they presented the bride with a beautifully crafted personalized dessert, complete with her name and a congratulatory message. It was such a heartfelt gesture that meant the world to us.
The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. Everything was very reasonably priced, and at the end of the night, when we tried to leave a tip as a thank you, they kindly declined—saying they were just happy we had a great time and simply asked us to leave a review.
It was, hands down, the most thoughtful and memorable experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I truly can’t thank The Bias team enough for making the bride’s...

Coincidentally Gaya and Bias were next to each other, then while holding the gelato, I ASKED the waiter, can I sit upstairs? he said yes. At that time, it was my first time going there and I thought Gaya and Bias were the same company or restaurant, so I didn't order anything at Bias. After my family and I got out of the restaurant, the waiter and I very remember a woman with a black clothes and short hair, maybe the owner or manager of the restaurant sneered and mocked us because we were just sitting there without ordered anything. TBH we really didn't know that they were 2 different restaurants. It would be better if you as an owner or manager, told your employees that sitting upstairs is prohibited because they are 2 different places, instead of sneering and mocking us. We were really insulted at that time, but I didn't think about it because it was...
