As a native Indonesian and have lived in Bali for years, the "Indonesian" food are just bad and had no taste at all, nothing like most foods i have eaten here in Bali, even the western food wasn't that great. Its too expensive, even way cheaper foods that costs half the price are far better than this, food quality is below average given the high price.

The only thing thats good about the place is the view, but in my opinion there are other places that are better. For all the Tourist, i warn you to be carefull of you Drivers or Tour Guide, because some of them usually take you to places like this, just to rip you off. I love Bali, but i also want foreigners from all around the world to Love it as much as i do. try browsing restaurants that are legitimately good, cuz it helped me find good...

As expected the food is not insane for the price ( there is an additional 15% service / governmental fee as well) but you go here for the view which are exceptional! Service wise though: considering there is an additional service fee it was a bit underwhelming. They do provide you with an umbrella if it's raining which is nice. However the staff was not attentive, had to fetch them to get their attention and ask twice for the bill while the waiter was cleaning our table. When I asked what my food was ( I had 3 different meets) the waitress just said she didn't know.

However still amazing views and especially if you want to...

If you’re visiting the rice terraces and swings you really must venture a little further up the road past the final swing spot to Boni Bali Restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious lunch here today with an absolutely amazingly beautiful outlook. Having newly reopened after 2 years closure due to the Covid pandemic, this place is definitely worth visiting. The staff are friendly and attentive, the food and drinks delicious! Vegetarian and vegan options....

again this place was recommended to us by our Czech speaking guide because we told him that we would like to taste the local cuisine and if it was even possible properly. we meant if such dishes are not cooked only for themselves. he ordered for us and we enjoyed it very much, the food was very good, such a mild and pleasantly flavoured. i wished it was spicy and i didn't feel anything at all, but it doesn't matter. we were very satisfied with the food here. 🙂

I chose the Nasi Campur from the Balinese food selection and it was a fabulous choice! Taste the sides and mix all the ones you like in with the rice. The accompanying soup was delicious! We went during midday when it was clear so there was a great view of the nearby rice terrace (although other restaurants had a better view, after rice terrace hiking, I had enough of the rice terrace anyway).
