The interior has a warm and inviting ambiance — an overall relaxed atmosphere.

The highlight of the evening was the freshly made pasta. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection, with the ideal al dente texture that every pasta connoisseur appreciates.

However, there was a slight hiccup. I opted for the classic Carbonara. Unfortunately, when the dish arrived at the table, I couldn't help but notice that the Carbonara sauce looked a bit too watery. I took a cautious first bite, hoping it was just an appearance issue, but alas, the sauce lacked the creamy and velvety consistency that defines an authentic Carbonara.

While the sauce's flavor was decent, the thin and watery texture made the dish feel rather lackluster. It lacked the richness and silkiness that one expects from a traditional Carbonara, and this took away from the otherwise exceptional meal.

Pasta Dealer is one of my favorite places in Bali to enjoy a tasty and delicious selection of pastas. Pasta Dealer is located on one of Umalas' main road directly next to a Circle K. On peak times, parking can be limited so you would have to park across the street or next to the building. Also, there are only 4-5 tables inside the restaurant so spacing is limited... however, I've been here about five times for lunch and dinner and have never struggled to find an empty table. I recommend getting the Spicy Cajun shrimp pasta. (this is my go to option) It's spicy, delicious, and has an almost sweet flavor which makes it unique to other dishes. I don’t know how to say, but I didn’t get it.

Very Italian way: the simplest interior you can have, many chooses of simple pasta with just a sauce. They add a slice of warm soft bread and I don’t understand this combination too.

I found in Instagram they make discounts for those who don’t come to their place, but order by gojek, so this offer wasn’t for me too.

They make this pasta themselves, I only found out it in Instagram. I can’t say by taste if it was homemade or no tho. I didn’t get it again probably. It was al dente which is good for bali. The bacon in carbonara was a bit burned and dry more like indo style I should say.
