Eko Cafe by Deli Campur Asia — Restaurant in Bali

Eko is a well-designed food spot that serves good and beautifully presented food. Yes, the food looked beautiful but I felt something was missing so I couldn’t say it was great. Like mushroom cheese veggie sandwich: it was loaded with mushrooms but had a tiny bit of cheese and zero sauce so all the ingredients didn’t stick together and it was really hard to eat it, it would be nice to add some sauce and melted cheese next time. I also didn’t feel that service was good, maybe waiters had a bad day but I believe if you’re a waiter and you want to get tips you have to be a little bit more friendly and smiley - it creates friendly atmosphere and it’s a part of your job, let’s be honest. We are frequent visitors to Bali over a period of 40 years. We dine in a great range of restaurants and cafes from "Rock Star " chefs to " Warung Ibu " through out Bali But we must say this.... the food , local and western, and drinks at Eko Cafe Bali are THE BEST ! BEST for freshness, choice, taste and value. I go to this cafe at least 2-3 times a week. The food here is fresh and really nice. The coffee is always super nice. The thing that let's this place down is the staff they are really rude. You're lucky if they say hi to you when you walk in. The rudely put water down when you arrive without even making eye contact. They seem really put out by having to serve you and you always feel like they are talking about you standing around in groups talking together. It's the only reasonably priced cafe on bumbak so I do go here but honestly if there were more options I wouldn't just based on the bad attitude of the staff it completely let's...
