Have been coming here since it's opening quite a few years ago and seen various changes as time went by. Good to see it's survived post covid especially as our preferred gelateria (Rivareno) is closed.
When they first opened they offered the usual classics like hazelnut, chocolate, etc. and also some really interesting fruit flavours. The display was colourful and enticing and the portions were fair.
Over time prices have gone up, portion sizes shrunk (they even weighed the icecream at one point before handing it over), a waffle station was added but it is now gone. There's still a large selection to choose from but not as exotic as when they first opened.
We normally get a gelato after dining on eats street and go for a walk. For the first week of our holiday Bali temperatures were mild so it was disappointing how fast our icecreams melted. I've not had one since then but my partner has. If you order a cone you should fold the wrapper underneath to stop it dripping out the bottom or sit and eat it there if there's a seat, and lick fast.

Read moreI didn't have a gelato as bad as this in a while. Presentation is all right, although good ice cream is usually in air tight containers that don't spoil the taste. This gelato is tasteless, overly sweet, not creamy, not smooth texture and yes, tasteless.

And no sir, I'm not a specialist, I just know a good gelato from a bad one.
You can take the feedback and improve the quality of your product... Or you can ignore my opinion and do business as usual.
