I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your restaurant on [6/7/2024 12:30 am]. Although I have been a loyal customer, my recent experience was marred by unacceptable behavior from other patrons.
Upon arriving at your establishment, I were excited to enjoy a meal. However, we were shocked to find that another group of people had taken my a table before me ( jumping the queue because of the waiter ). Despite my initial request , they were allowed to sit down without any intervention from your staff.
When we approached the server to address the issue, they seemed uninterested and failed to take immediate action. We I left waiting for an extended period, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Then went down
To make matters worse, the group that took my table did not even order from your menu. They simply sat there, taking up space and disrupting our dining experience. It was clear that they were not even customers of your restaurant.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and the failure to address the issue promptly were unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, your restaurant fell short of these expectations.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you plan to take to improve your service.

Staff were not that friendly (very unlike in Bali) we ordered four meals, 2 x Burgers with the lot including beetroot, garlic chilli prawns and nacho's. The burgers came out 1st - no beetroot? We had to start on Burgers as they were getting cold. Then the prawns come out. Then after asking twice were are the nacho's they finally came and we had all eaten our meals so not happy with that. Then we paid the bill by credit card, I was given a receipt then we proceeded to leave before being abruptly spoken to about paying the bill. I told the lady that I had paid the bill by credit card to the other female waitress. We then walked out the building to be then chased by the same girl and the manager accusing us of not paying the bill. This is all happening on the very busy street in front of many tourists and locals. So I walked back inside and found my receipt and showed them and they then said OH SORRY!!!!! We have never been so embarrassed in all our life. We would never not pay a bill anywhere especially Bali (considering I have been going for over 35+ years) there was no real apology. Read moreFirst time dine in with some friends after I saw this place Ads on IG and then read the review on google. My first impressions was staffs not welcoming, as we arrived on scooters at 5 PM the place was quiet only a few tables occupied. 3-4 staffs standing at the entrance outside and watched us struggle to find a parking spot for our scooters nobody seem to care. As we step inside again no staffs approaching or greeting and we found and joined one friend that has arrived earlier and sit on a table at the corner. When we were reading the menu one staff came and asked us to move our scooter to another spot ( they saw us when we parked our scooters and nobody said nothing). After placing our orders another staff came and asked us to move to other table because the DJ needed to use the table. ( they let us sit there, gave menu and took our order at the first place). We moved upstairs, it was only 1 other table occupied. There was 1 or 2 staffs upstairs that was busy going up and down but never stand by attending to guests. We liked the food, downstairs seems a little bit untidy but upstairs was nice. If only the staffs could be of a little bit more welcoming and showed some interests of service and attentiveness, we would advise our friends and colleagues to patron this place regularly.
