A Soulful Oasis in the Heart of Ubud — Healthy Ubud
Healthy Ubud is more than just a café — it’s a sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit. Tucked away in the lush, vibrant heart of Ubud, this magical place feels like a gentle embrace each time you step through its doors. It’s where nourishment meets beauty, and where every meal feels like a ritual of self-love.
From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted not only by the warm smiles of the staff but also by the serene, grounding energy that permeates the space. The design is minimal yet soulful, with touches of nature everywhere — plants, wood, sunlight dancing through the open windows. It feels like Bali itself is breathing with you.
The food? Simply divine. Every dish is crafted with love, intention, and the freshest local ingredients. Whether it’s a vibrant smoothie bowl, a hearty vegan curry, or their famous raw desserts, you can taste the vitality in every bite. You don’t just eat here — you heal, you reconnect.
What makes Healthy Ubud truly special is the energy. There is a purity to this place. A sense of peace that invites you to slow down, to be present, to listen — to your heart, to the birds outside, to the quiet joy that arises when you feel truly cared for.
As someone who values deep connection, authenticity, and conscious living, I always find myself returning to Healthy Ubud not just for the food, but for the feeling. It’s a sacred pause in a world that moves too fast. A reminder that nourishment is not only about what’s on the plate — it’s also about the love with which it’s made, and the space in which it’s shared.
Thank you, Healthy Ubud, for being a place where I can feel at home — body, soul, and spirit.

Read moreEvery time I come back to Bali—and Ubud in particular—I always return to Healthy Ubud. For years, it was an obsession with the sushi rolls… and now? I’ve totally swapped that addiction for their newer menu items, especially the kebab. Oh. My. God. I truly thought I had worked through all my food addictions, but clearly not—because this thing is seriously addictive in the best way.
The kebab is packed with flavor, has just the right kick of spice, and is loaded with veggies so you feel like you’re being healthy (lol). Plus, it’s massive. Like, genuinely huge. It’s honestly like crack—but good for you… kind of. And the pita was so fresh and the perfect level of crunch and crispiness.
That said, I still occasionally go back to my sushi roll roots—especially with their combo deal, which is amazing. You get a huge bowl plus half an order of sushi rolls, so it’s the perfect way to get a mix of all the flavors. Win-win.
I love the vibe here too. It’s not one of those overly sceney spots—just a relaxed, down-to-earth place where people come to eat, chat, and go on with their day. The owner runs a few places in the area and even has another Healthy location in Canggu, but I’m biased: the Ubud one is better (and quieter), tucked away on a chill little street that makes it feel like...
Read moreFor privacy reasons and previous reviews, I will not share when I have eaten at healthyubud and have made a new google account to share my experience. I have consumed the keto bowl and the Caesar salad and the ginger shot… hours later I have gotten sever food poisoning and unable to do any activities for the next 3 days. I know i have contracted food poisoning from here as it was the first meal I have had in Bali. I am assuming that the salads and vegetables have been contaminated from poor storage and using tap water to wash all ingredients or perhaps not even washed. The cutlery was dirty as well and there is minimal hygiene in the restaurant. The staff were not able to speak English as well so good luck trying to get the ingredient lists on some of the food menu. I highly and strongly suggest all tourists to avoid this place as there is a very high chance you can get food poisoning… there are much better places out there than here and I believe the good reviews to be a bunch of...
