Their sauces—ranging from spicy to tangy—offer a nice variety without overwhelming the flavors of the meat itself.

You can’t miss this place when you drive by, just look for the smoke from the BBQ. We’ve tried the pork ribs and the chicken from the grill, both has wonderful wood fire flavour. Add the spicy barbeque sauce to the equation and you are in food heaven. The french fries as also cooked to perfection, but need to be ordered separately as there are no sides included with the ribs or chicken.
We’ve eaten there at least 4 times over the course of a month and it was consistently good. But be warned there are only a few tables and they can all be taken. Come early or be prepared to wait.

Bring mosquito spray if you don’t want to be eaten up while you are eating. The staff will provide you with mozy spray in case you forgotten – just ask.
The only small downside of this place is that they charge 2% extra for card payments. One of the few places in Ubud...

We only realized later that there was no side dish with the chicken sticks. When we asked, the staff explained this, and we accepted it and ordered fries afterwards. However, the fries never arrived, they were simply forgotten.
The gin and tonic was good. All in all, everything was fine except for the timing of the dishes and the fact that I ended up having my main course with just the meat, without the...
