BEWARE: Tourist trap! There are 2 other warungs with similar names in the same area (look up Iga bakar warung, Ubud), which are local haunts with local prices and very well reviewed. This one with the double "i" is an expensive ripoff not patronised by locals (we were the only ones there), and certainly does not have local prices (plus they impose an extra 17% service tax). I had the pork ribs with rice (just OK), my partner had nasi goreng that she said was bland, with 2 small ribs. No drink (too expensive). This mediocre meal was by far the most expensive we've had in Bali - about 4 times the price you expect to pay at a local warung WITH drinks. And we left hungry. Would have walked out if not taken in to restaurant by host, who came in with us, which we thought a little strange, and arranged to pick us up. Several warungs in area with almost identical names. We’d checked reviews on Iga and thought that’s where we were going. Turns out we were taken to Iiga instead. Place was almost empty. Little wonder! Food very ordinary and prices way more than we’ve paid for better meals. Plus 17% service tax. Even drinks were overpriced: eg Rp 55,000 for large Bintang and Rp 35,000 for small Sprite. Plus 17%! A tourist trap for sure....

Today we had; Spring Rolls, Pork Ribs and Crispy Duck Usually I can’t go past the Pork Ribs as they are always delicious, but I chose the Crispy Duck. Very enjoyable and the condiments gave a very nice flavour mix and spice My beer was nice and cold as it usually is. Food was fantastic overall. Service was good and fast. Atmosphere was between 3 and 4 star, no issues with it just wasn’t an enormous buzzing crowd. Everyone there seemed to be relaxed and...
