Lemon & Salt — Restaurant in Bali

We wanted to sit on a rooftop for dinner with a nice view so chose this place. The view was indeed nice over the pool to the ocean, although the place was not well lit and did not have an upscale vibe. The server was really lovely and pleasant. However, the food was not good. One of the people in our group ordered a pizza and it was like a frozen pizza heated out of a box. The crust was like cardboard. It was edible though. The other 2 of us ordered hamburgers and did not eat more than a couple of bites. The texture was as if it was raw but when I looked more closely it seemed maybe it had been boiled or steamed - it was hard to tell. The meat was wet and didn't hold together in a burger at all. The menu said it came with french fries which it did - about 10 fries total lined up on the plate. The watermelon cucumber cocktail jug we got tasted mostly like water. We ended up sharing the pizza and leaving most of the rest. I do not recommend especially given all the restaurants to try...

We went to the rooftop to enjoy the sunset.

Firstly, while we were seeing the menu they thought it would be a good idea to blast loud lounge music with the column right behind us. We changed to the furthest table available from the column and still was quite loud.

Since we got the menu and our order was taken, 20 minutes went by. Orders from people who arrived after us were taken first.

After taking our order, our overpriced drinks were served, we kept waiting for our Nachos. We are talking about freaking chips with melted cheese on top, not some complex Michelin awarded meal.

30 minutes went by, we finished our drinks and left without the Nachos.

In the end they just thrown some lowball excuse and proceed to charge us the service tax, for a subpar service, to say the least.

We also had coffee in the restaurant and it was served in dirty mugs.

I’m at Citadines. I ordered the meal, and it’s been 1 HOUR AND A HALF that they say that the meal is on its way to my room. The meal was ready while I was at the pool and asked them to send to my room as I was coming to the room. The salmon as super small. It was supposed to send with mash potato. They made it with French Fries (note that I also ordered a french fries). Later they said that they are not making with mash potato, but they did have potatoes (?) so I asked them to send with the young potatoes that they have on menu. After ALMOST 2 hours while waiting the meal they brought me this. I called them many times to check the status. It’s 31st of December and I ordered at the hotel to not be late for the party at Finn’s. They made me late. I paid a super expensive bill for what it comes (350000 IDR) and I’m not happy AT ALL.
