Club Soda Canggu — Restaurant in Bali

Great place, great drinks. I went here not knowing what to expect, but clearly I was satisfied beyond my expectation.

First major win, Club Soda is smokeless. There are smoking areas at the outdoors, but indoors, no smell of cigarettes. Although vaping is allowed, but I don't mind.

As for the drinks, another major win. I came with people that aren't fond of alcoholic drinks, and Club Soda serves an amazing unique non-alcoholic drinks. My friends ordered Skin Care and Osmosis. Every drink has it's own unique taste and twist, all fizzy, acidic, and hard to describe it's flavor. They like Skin Care more than Osmosis. As for me, I ordered Hope She Likes It, a mix of pineapple, tequila, and house made orange liqueur. When the drink presented to us, I noticed a nice foam around the nick and nora glass. I immediately ask if this cocktail used an egg white (because I'm not fond of egg whites in cocktails), and the waitress said yes it contained egg white. I gave it a taste and it's amazing. No smell from the egg white, and no yucky flavor from the egg white as well. It tasted like a full bodied tepache, spiked with tequila and balanced with sweetness from the orange liqueur. It was wonderful. At the end of my drink, I ate my dried pineapple garnish, which tasted amazing. It's still crispy and sweet.

The Top Notch Bar on Canggu and even the hole Island, Club Soda always makes the people comfortable and yet give us a warmth welcome, the staff also very kind and friendly, they really give their best on providing the best service.

Taste Wise, the the signature beverage, cocktails and mocktails are really good, the taste that you've never tried before, i would say unique and easy to swallow, the bartender also can make almost all the classics as long as they have the ingredients but sadly the ingredients are not that complete here. overall for the taste and signature, 5/5 in total of presentation, taste, service, and garnishing.

Foodies, are good they're serving small plates with of course the best taste and homemade kinda looks for the food, worth the price for that kind of speciality homemade taste. Meet the chef himself Fernando, he's really good at making noodles his homemade noodles always have an outstanding taste and presentation, giving his best service and explaining all the foodies that he serve, a total best ⭐️👍🏼

Beautiful unique space. The drinks we had were all amazing, especially rice and almost there. Unfortunately the food was bland. Knowing the food from Locavore in ubud we were very disappointed. The marinated shiitake, Japanese potato salad had almost no taste. The homemade noodles were good but had way too much sauce for the amount of noodles. The duck tsukune and the eggplant purée were ok. Also the dishes are quite small so after all that we were still hungry. For us the food is definitely not worth the price, but we would come back to have a drink though. On the plus side they serve some really good cucumbers and popcorn for free...
