SISTA Dumpling Pererenan 喜食 (last order 21.15pm) — Restaurant in Bali

It was awful experience. Somehow restaurant decided to organise training for new staff during our dinner. Our waiter being a student of barman. Barman was teaching him to mix cocktails which we ordered, loudly and demonstratively. And they even didn’t try to hide that the one who is making cocktails for us has no any skills, it was just in front of us. Waiter mixed our cocktails absolutely unprofessionally and not from the first time he got a result. One cocktail he made wrong and they started again to prepare another one. Of course it took a lot of time. But we were shocked not even about super slow timing. It’s just unbelievably unprofessional. Of course cocktails were very bad quality. The same waiter didn’t understand English completely, was very nervous and annoying in the same time. I don’t blame waiter because seems like he is very new, its only a problem of management why they let to work the one who is absolutely not ready for that. The most absurd thing of service there is that other waiters which looked like experienced were just ignorant to guests and didn’t care abt all. Abt food - it was really good. But I can’t put more than 1 star even with a fact that food was good. Because our dinner was just ruined of the worst service I have ever had in Bali and disgusting cocktails. Btw we payed 900k for only 2 people. For the worst...

Truly amazing place, with quality handmade dumplings. Delicious and you won't regret coming here. I also tried the noodles and loved every bit of it, the best noodles I've ever had. Worth a special trip even if you are far away. The walk to Pererenan beach is less than 5 minutes from here if you'd like to visit the beach before or after eating.

Happy hour 3-6PM every day, where you get a second portion of what you order for the same price. The staff are very friendly, especially the server, Sri, always with a smile and connecting from her heart. You will feel like you are at home.

This place is nothing short of a culinary revelation! My personal rule of thumb when exploring new places is to never eat at the same spot twice, no matter how tempting—but Sista Dumplings changed everything.

Each bite of their dumplings and noodles was an explosion of perfectly balanced flavours—It’s as if each dumpling was a little pocket of love, carefully crafted to perfection.
