THOR Kitchen Coffee & Eatery — Restaurant in Bali

Spring rolls served cold. After all staff handled the food to prove it was cold they went and microwaved it. After seeing my disappointment they made fresh ones. Extremely long wait times. Food comes out at different times. My wife was finishing before my meal came out. Tried more than twice incase they were having a bad day. Proved each day to be just as slow. Charging an extra 5% for service is a joke plus the 10% government tax. Advertised discounts on their website and in the lobby of hotel which they wouldn't honour. Such a shame. Across the road at Warung Gendisan you have a lot nicer experience with cheap authentic meals and relaxing atmosphere. THOR has been our worst service in Bali yet. We ordered delivery through our accommodation. The delivery guy forgot the can of Sprite and the delivery guy went through the order before leaving and did not notice but they sent a second delivery short after a call from the staff of our accommodation. They did not honour the 10% discount for the Instagram follow (advertised on the website) and we were charged 32k for an extra box when there wasnt an extra box (only one box for each meal ordered.) Food portions were consistent with bali portion sizes elsewhere but the vegetables included were tiny slivers/pieces. I did appreciate that sauces were bagged up so the food arrived warm and fresh (not soggy). The food was tasty but overall experience...

Service was good but NEVER again......... The pizza is more expensive than any other places in the tourist area (such in Ubud center), and the pizza was under cooked and WITHOUT a drop of OLIVE OIL..?! Yup, the service told me that the owner told them not to use olive oil because is too expensive and I guess is the only restaurant in the world that cooks without using any olive oil. Fish and chips: Fish are 2 miserable FROZEN tiny pieces and the chips were literally 15... The whole plate looked depressing! The bill was over the regular price because there was AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR A (1) FREAKING EXTRA BASIL LEAF ON THE PIZZA....?!?!? Place like this should lock the door and throw...
