I don’t want to spoil this business. But my visit today was totally different to all times before. New menu looks appealing however barista has no ideas about how to make massala tea. What I received was a warm milk with spices in a tumbler. Not brewed as it needs to be. Just mixed. And even the milk temperature not enough to brew anything. It was merely warm. I asked how he makes it and he showed at coffee machine, where he was ready to steam milk and that’s it. I said - it needs to be brewed, not mixed. He had no ideas. Became rude and arrogant like he couldn’t stand his perfectionism or whatever. Needless to say that quinoa in my hummus plate was from yesterday, already didn’t taste fresh, pretty bad. Girls are good and friendly but couldn’t do much against boys lobby. Overall, it looks like what was a nice kitchen now left without the owner’s attention or proper management. It’s a pity. It was pretty good, but I don’t like having leftovers. Wish they can improve but I’ll watch if real buyers start giving good reviews, as last few were pretty bad.
