Terrible service and food quality

I placed my order at 11:08, and it was supposed to arrive by 11:30. Instead, it was delayed by a whole hour! Completely unacceptable.

Now about the food: Caesar salad – the lettuce was wilted as if it had been sitting out for days, and the meat was dry and tasteless. The dressing was disappointing. Avocado toast – a complete disappointment. There was barely any avocado, just a few sad pieces, and the toast didn’t help either.

The food was bad, the service was awful, and the delivery was way too late for what it was. I do not recommend this place!

It’s disappointing that instead of admitting your mistakes, you choose to make excuses and mislead people. Let’s go over the facts: About the delivery delay You claim that the order was delivered on time, but I have a photo from the courier showing that he was waiting for the order in your restaurant. This proves that the delay was not his fault but was caused by your kitchen. If you are giving customers this false information, then either you are unaware of the real situation or you are deliberately lying. About the food quality You say the food was fresh? Then how do you explain the wilted salad, overcooked meat, and the lack of avocado in the toast? I have photos of these so-called “fresh” dishes, and they speak for themselves. Customers are not blind—we don’t need empty words, we need quality and respect.

Instead of lying and making excuses, try improving your service and stop deceiving those who trust you. Based on your response, it seems that bad reviews are not an exception...

Zebra Bar in Canggu is amazing! They make really cool and unique cocktails using special techniques like infusing and drying ingredients.
