Writing this review today because this experience triggered by stomach acid reflux so bad I had to take a sick day off 👍🏻 Went here as my LAST destination in Bandung, I came with 3 luggages in hand (along with my friends). No expectation whatsoever, this place was the closest to Bandung Station. Went here at 13.30 PM on a Sunday, me and my friend ordered 2 Sapi Lado Ijo, and 2 other main courses for my other friends. Mind you, we came in when the place only had 5-6 tables occupied, and one group in the private room. All the other people that came AFTER us got their food EARLY, and it was only OUR table that was served ONE HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED (one hour and 15 minutes to be exact). My food did not came and we left at 14.50, in which we only have 20 minutes left to catch the feeder train to Padalarang station.
I don’t understand how inconsiderate a restaurant can be? Especially with such high of a price point… We didn’t even got a check in from the kitchen to notify us the food will take longer. We got a complimentary from the kitchen at 14.45 and it was a Pudding, which in price point did not compare and, did they really thought a pudding would replace my protein packed lunch? I don’t think that compares. And when asked why, they said they were not “prepared” to serve Indonesian food. And when we left the restaurant, our luggage was left unnatended by the host (in the front & outside btw) 👏🏻👏🏻.
So if you’re looking for a quick meal, please consider twice to come to FELLA because they may be not “prepared” to...
Read moreI was reunited with my friend at Fella. This was my first visit to Fella, which was recommended by my friend. From social media, I saw that the place and its design looked very nice and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations; the place is very cozy. Unfortunately, the seating was terrible. I arrived later than my friends, and the chairs were only set up for four people, so I needed an extra chair. There was no effort from the staff to assist with this, so I had to take an additional chair from another vacant table while they were chatting at the bar corner (guy staff). Eventually, the staff noticed and asked me to switch to a different, less comfortable chair. This ruined my mood, especially since another table was available. I didn't want to switch chairs, but the staff insisted. Why not be flexible when there was an empty table?
As for the food, it was so so. My friend and I ordered pasta, but it was too salty. I hope the management will train the staff to be more flexible and considerate towards customers. Additionally, the lighting was too dim.
The service 10/100 The food 50/50 The ambience 80/100 The toilet and...

I had iftar at your restaurant, and unfortunately, the service was not up to standard. When my child accidentally spilled juice, which caused another glass to crack, the staff seemed more focused on informing me that I had to pay for the broken glass rather than checking on my child's condition. Was my child hurt? Was there any bleeding or injury? Instead of immediately telling me about the charge, shouldn’t the priority be ensuring my child’s well-being?
Moreover, the staff repeatedly mentioned that this was a "corkage fee" that I had to pay. Do they even understand what corkage means? Corkage refers to a charge when guests bring outside food or drinks into a restaurant—not for breaking a glass! The team needs better training on this matter.
I also requested to speak with the manager, yet no manager came to meet me. This experience was enough for me—this will be the first and last time I dine at...
