Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable!

I am beyond furious. This hotel is a complete disgrace. When I arrived in my room, I found a used tissue on the bed — yes, USED! The bed sheets and pillows were wrinkled and stained, clearly not changed from the previous guest. It was absolutely disgusting.

The bathroom was filthy — the towels had black stains on them. I don’t even want to imagine what that was. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the staff were completely unprofessional and irresponsible. They barely communicated, didn’t speak any English, and made zero effort to help. When I arrived, instead of welcoming me, they just looked confused and literally walked away. Throughout the stay, they showed no hospitality, and even had the nerve to give me attitude when I asked simple questions. What kind of service is this?

After a long, exhausting trip, I expected to check in and relax in a clean, welcoming environment. Instead, I got this nightmare.

I demanded a refund and left to find a new hotel. They told me they would process the refund within 5 days — but now it’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t heard a single thing from them. I tried contacting the staff, but she ignored all my messages. Absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable behavior.

For as long as I live in Bandung, I didn’t know that this place is a hotel 🤣 I thought it was just a restaurant from outside. After I went in, I was asked about the reservation and I was like, “oh so we can’t dine in without one?” But apparently, it was open for public. They had some spaces for public restaurant, and some others for the hotel’s breakfast area.

The place was cozy, with a modernize-heritage ambience. But no AC at all, means, smoking area everywhere. Luckily, I came in time when no one smokes.

I ordered a burger and a corn ribs. The taste was good, although nothing too special from it. The price was pretty fair for the food I received. And the corn ribs was delicious, although I thought it could be crispier so it’ll be easier to eat.

I reached the restaurant at aroud 12:30pm wanted to have lunch, but wasn't inform that they can only take order at a later time(mind you, the waitress did no specify the timing) due to change of shift. So I ask when she can take my order, she replied that she will come back to me. After waiting for almost an hour, I approach another waitress, and she said she can only take order at 1:45pm. At 1:50pm, I ask again and was informed they are not ready yet. So, I just paid for my drinks and left to find another restaurant where my food is served within 10mins. It will be good if the staff have the courtesy to inform the patrons on the waiting time. I saw one of the staff inform a family on the waiting time, but not me. Perhaps, the staff should be trained to treat the patrons fairly and not to be selective.
