During peak hours it really is disappointing.

When you come to Raa Cha, someone will welcome you and assign a table for you with the question of what kind of soup you'd like to have (chicken broth, plain, or Tom yam). Second step will be choosing the meal you want. They have quite an option actually, and the taste are not bad, (pretty good actually) Pay for the meal (I paid 164K IDR for two) Go to your table (the one assigned for you when you enter). And here's the disappointing part for me. The table is not ready, messy, and dirty. I was asked again what kind of soup I'd like (I thought on step 1 they asked so they can prepare the soup). It took about 15 minutes for the table to be ready. On a normal condition, the table will have a hot pot (filled with the soup you order and a pan). In this case, they are nowhere to be seen. Also, if you come here, ask for a table with built in stove, because if you get a normal table like mine, you'll have a hard time preparing your meal. Another part is, the table was wiped only after I asked for it, and even then it is still dirty (picture attached) Cook your meal, as I mentioned, you get a hot pot and a roasting pan. Maaf saya ingin menyampaikan keluh kesah. Hari sabtu (02/03/2019) sekitar pukul 19.30 WIB, ketinggalan 2 buah tumbler starbuck di meja 21 lantai 2 (no smoking area) dekat jendela dan saya ingat betul ketinggalan di meja tersebut.

Begini kronologis nya, saya dan pacar saya makan di raacha ciwalk bandung dengan membawa 2 tumbler starbuck ke meja makan dilantai 2, setelah selesai makan saya lupa membawa serta tumbler tsb keluar dari raacha karena kebelet mau ke wc. Selang 10 menit berikutnya saya teringat akan barang bawaan saya dan lekas kembali ke raacha ciwalk bdg utk mengambil barang saya tsb tapi saya cukup kecewa dikarenakan tumbler tsb sudah tidak ada di raacha. Bahkan dari pihak resto thailand itu mempertegaskan kehilangan tumbler tsb setelah melakukan pengecekan ke dapur. Padahal secara logika pelanggan baru harus duduk dengan keadaan meja bersih dan rapih. Emang salah saya tidak mengingat barang bawaan saya tapi saya ingin kejujuran bagi pegawai raacha ciwalk bdg saja bukan dari segi nominal harga dari kedua barang yg saya bawa tsb. Saya hari ini (03/03/2019) akan kesana untuk melakukan pengecekan dari cctv siapa pelakunya, maaf cara ini dilakukan untuk memastikan pelaku diluar dari pihak resto thailand itu sendiri. I think this is one of the best suki and bbq restaurant around Cirebon area.
