Worst experience eating at Tawan ever.

Rice was served too soggy and not hot.

Kailan 2 rasa, taste wise was good but also not hot. Kinda warm, it was like they let the dishes not be delivered for several minutes.

Mala hotpot was also not hot. Kinda warm. The soup lacked a savoury taste, and needed a bit of sugar to balance the spicy. At least the beef was juicy.

Fried Chicken Tawan was quite delicious.

Service was horrible. First they charged the chicken Tawan with a different menu that cost more. I asked for a new receipt so I could pay and they couldn't get the bill done. They said the system was fixed and couldn't be changed. What?

I ordered Mie kuah sapi sengkel and it was great, the broth was milky and savory, spicy from the chilly oil was just perfectly mixed with creamy soup, the noodle and beef cooked perfectly well, they were soft and tender.. The services are nice too, it took a while for my order to come even though the restaurant was not too busy, but it was clean and spacious. Pesan 4 makanan dan 1 minuman pitcher. Sup seafood campurnya enak, tapi sup jagung kepitingnya tidak sedap, terlalu manis, sudah ada jagung dicampur wortel dan yang kotak-kotak hijau mungkin labu atau brokoli? Bakpao ayam chasiu masih mentah dan dingin dihidangkan, hanya bisa diganti dan tidak bisa cancel. Pangsit udang cuka hitamnya terlalu lama dikukus, kulitnya lembek tebal.

Kualitas sangat berbeda jauh dibandingkan Ta Wan yang pertama kali buka dan hadir. Apakah tidak ada quality controlnya?

Untuk cabang ini juga sepertinya keteteran, jumlah karyawan terlalu sedikit sehingga respon lambat. Berikutnya... udara tempat makan panas, mau inner atau outdoor. AC sepertinya tidak dinyalakan?
