Tilu Kitchen and Patisserie — Restaurant in Bandung City

We went to lunch here based on my niece's suggestion. I'm glad we did. We were promptly seated; I think because it was 11:30 AM. We were seated in a smaller sitting area but we were the only ones in this section.

Our food was served quickly starting with the drinks. I had a sweet tea with a Oreo Vanilla shake. I'm still in a quest for a great shake in Indonesia. This one was pretty good but still not what I'm looking for. Fitri had a peach tea which she liked. Feby ordered a Green Tea Tarik. It looked good and she liked it.

Fitri ordered Mie Goreng Jawa which she couldn't finish from the size. Fitri asked for spicy but it fell a little short so you may want to specify. Feby ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio. Again, it was a large portion and it must have been good because it was completely finished. I ordered the Caesar Salad Smoked Salmon and mushroom soup (not the official name). The soup came in a bread bowl and the salad was good size as well. I should have ordered one or the other based on size alone. The flavor was great on both.

I recommend trying this restaurant, but be careful not to over-order based on portion size. We'll be back for sure. There were two appetizers we wanted to try, but they were out of them. I'm kind of glad so we have a reason to return and we would have had to bring a lot...

Went twice to this restaurant because of its proximity to our hotel (just a few meters across the road), the place is cozy and the foods are decent.

The first time we went there I ordered their mushroom soup served in carved bread. The soup was flavorful but a tad too salty for me, but my daughter and husband loved it. Hubby ordered some kind of Salmon Soup - the soup is similar to Tom Yam Gong - sweet and sour. My daughter ordered the Nasi Buntut Bakar, also came in big portion and the taste matched the presentation. Probably their best dish.

The next day we came for lunch (less crowded than the night before) - I ordered the Aglio Olio Tuna, portion was not too big, but the tuna chunks were generous and in big chunks which was not too my liking because it’s still tasted and smelled too “fishy” for my liking. My daughter ordered pasta carbonara which she claimed to be delicious and hubby ordered Soup with Shrimp on bread. The soup was flavorful and the shrimp succulent.

Fast service and friendly staffs. Price is not cheap but matches the huge portion. They also had a bakery, their croissants and bombolons are...

My recent visit to Tilu Kitchen & Patisserie in Bandung was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely gorgeous, with each dish surpassing my expectations. The Nasi Goreng Seafood was bursting with flavor, the risoles were perfectly crispy, and the nachos were an indulgent treat. The Iga Bakar, with its tender meat and rich sauce, was the highlight of our meal.

What truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Tedil 🫶🏼 and Adi. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our meeting smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
