Shabu Kojo Bandung — Restaurant in Bandung City

This place have a very very nice japanese architecture. Have a very spacious too and i think it can fill up to 200 guests. Which is nice and you dont need to wait to get your table at this restaurant.

I came here just because the promotion that said only 99K rupiah each people. But this marketing ada a bit tricky on you. Because 99K you only get 3 meats and shabu2 only. If you want to the real "all you can eat", you must pay 119K (before tax and others) soo then you can enjoy the all you can eat. The grill and the shabu2 one.

But thank God even you only need to pak 99K, you can enjoy the nice buffet. In my opinion, the buffet not that really special. But,,,, i talking about the chicken strips, sushi, etc.. they just well for me nothing special.

But i really2 appreciated with the desert. There were soo much option and i really2 like it. They were cakes, puddings, ice creams (wohooo) and that makes me think this 99K was really2 worth in every penny.

But i cant give 5 stars just becaus limited amount of beef that i got. But the rest of this...

Price wise, this is good, affordable and not too expensive. The place is also quite cozy, I came when there were not a lot of people so I can comfortably go back and forth to take the food, but I don't know if it's in the busy hour. Speaking of the food, it's really nothing special, you get the standard meat, suki, 'sushi', and some desert. One annoying thing for me is when you grill the meat, it sticks to the pan, and when I ask the waitress about this, her only suggestion was to dip the meat in to the sauce first before grilling the meat. For me that's not a satisfactory answer, because I want to taste the meat, not the sauce. Speaking of the sauce, it's a bit overpowering the taste of the meat, so that's a bit disappointing for me. The meat was also very thin, there's no bite to it. In conclusion, this was an okay place for me, will I go here again? I don't know, I consider this in the bottom half of the pecking order of my go to...

Kesini pas jam 2/3 an lupaa gegara ngidam pengen grill2an wkwkwk Lokasinya ga jauh dari bekas hotel progo ya gaess. Dari luar tempatnya B aja, tapi pas ke dalem beuh megah bersih bikin semangat mo nelenin semuanya 😂

Untungnya tuh kalo jam 2 an siang lumayan sepi gaes, jadi bisa bebas kesana kesini wakakak.

Oia disini tuh sebenernya ada paket reguler dll, tapi kemaren karena tanggal tua jadi milih paket reguler. Paket reguler shabu + grill 225K trmasuk pajak buat 2 jam

Lansung aja ya gess mumpung masi pres wkwk Disini kalian makannya pelan pelan aja soalnya 2 jam coy, biasa kan di tempat laen mah 1.5 jam ya. Manteb benerr, jadi 200K+ itu wortheeedd bangged dsini.

Untuk jenis makanannya tuh super beragam banget ges. Untuk paket utamanya sendiri klo milih reguler kita dapet dagingnya yg less fat jadi pas dimakan aga keras 😢, tapi tenaang ada jalan keluarnya wkwk. Temen temen bisa bayar paket yg lebih premium ato gak nyobain makanan yg laennya aja. Santuyy banyak pilihan 😂😂.

Pilihan makanannya tuh kemaren : goreng gorengan tradisional macem bala bala bubur ketan item tapi ga ada temennya kacang ijo kue kue kecil macem blekfores onde ondean salad, es buah, puding gorengan moderen macem tempura masakan yg uda mateng macem spageti, nasgor, seafood saos padang sushi susian bnyak jenis minuman kek oca, dll terus bahan shabu ama grill nya ada sayur sayuran lengkap, bahkan daun ginseng jg ada (kecuali kemangi kemaren ga ada gaess, mungkin itu mah di pecel lele doang ya ingett gaes 😂😂), udang cumi, bakso2an, ayam bumbu, slice beef BERLEMAK (nah ini nih yg cocok buat member reguler kek kita wakakak) es krim berbagai rasa

Ini keknya karakternya abis cuman buat ngerinciin disana ada apa aja 🤧.

Oia hampir kelupaan, disini untuk bumbu cocolan nya juga lengkap, ada yg modelan pake mayones, yakinkanku, soyu dll. Lengkap deh benerr aslik

Dagingnya juga manteb, fresh, udangnya kemaren juga fresh gak bau, manis pas digrill. Mungkin dibawain ama spombob jadi fresh bgttt gaes wkwk

Kue kue kecilnya beuhh, ga kalah ama yg bakery gitu apalagi black forestnya, anjir aampe kaget rasanya manteb bgt, lembut lagi.

Eskrimnya juga, kirain bakal kek ais yg masih kerasa butiran powdernya, ini halus bgtt, rasa vanilanya jg ga bikin eneg. Dimakan pake bubur ketan, beeeuh ampe pengen tinggal ngekos disitu dah pokonya 🤧

Satu lagii, disini mba mbanya baik semua, standby semua inisiatip nawarin klo misalkan wajan kita uda gosong, kemaren dibantu ama mba Dinda (sayang senyumnya terhalang masker 😂)

Ada satu mungkin yg perlu diimprove, kalo bisa wajan grill nya dibikin pake yg model wire mesh jadi lebih smoky n ga gampang gosong, maklum disini nubi jadi klo masak gosong mulu wakakak

Overall ini tempat worted bgt buat temen temen coba, apalagi kalo laper gegara nunggu poto di studio, lansung pelampiasan disini aja...
