Wake House Cafe & Ski — Restaurant in Batam City

Environments - Prons : if you are looking for a chill and relax session, u should come. Is a very unique, worth to come here enjoy the environment & atmosphere.You will feel the different.

Cons : if you really wants to enjoy your time at the floating table, make sure you have time to wait for the water skiing session finish or maybe try to come in the late evening. "Floating session" only allow after skiing finish. We been informed that skiing session finish at 5pm, but we wait until 530pm yet finish, ends up we unable to enjoy the floating idea due to the time constraint.

Service: Cons : we had a bad experience that security was checking on what my parents brought and no allow them to go in the premises. Reason given was NO OUTSIDE FOOD🤷 as my parent bought layer cake & snacks as gift before came here, they requested us put the things at the entrance but we do have concern that cake cannot be keep under sun explosure. Spoken to another staff also the same results.

Is good to have such responsible staff but maybe we have different definition on NO OUTSIDE FOOD or maybe is different culture🤷

Prons : at least PIC did came and ask us on what was happened. Security was polite and good attitude although we was been block by him to entry🤣🤣 staff will assist you to onboard the floating table

It was a lovely place to have a meal and enjoy the water activities and night scene. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were attentive to our needs. We ordered some fried enoki mushrooms and nachos. Both were good though it would have been better to have more sauce for our nachos. We spotted a family having a meal on a floating table in the water. This is such a novel idea! After having our meal at the table, we brought our drinks to the water's edge to enjoy the sunset (though the sun was blocked by some trees as it was setting). There were beanbags to laze on and when it got dark, the opposite side lit up with the lights from the stalls. It was also very sweet of the cafe staff to bring a table lamp to our seating area. There was also no pressure to make us leave the place. Kudos to the staff there for making our visit...

Hey guys I need to recommend this relaxing and cozy place⛱️! That time I chose to seat beside the pond the one with sand bags🌊 and you will feel comfortable cause it's quite windy there. You can watch people skiing🏄‍♂️ or you can also choose to play with them.

For food, I prefer their mango juice🥭! Their juice is creamy and not too sweet. Then, their chicken wing🍗 is also rich of taste and smells good👍🏻. It's a perfect place for hang out with friends.

They provide many choices of seat and nice spots to take photos📸. There's glass house😎, swing seat😱, you even can seat on the chair over the pond🚣 and many more.

Note: As I know, you need to order on their cashier and directly pay, you'll get the table number and waiters will find you and send you the food...
