Please educate your male waiter who served table no 33 on Aug 31,2023.I thought it would be a great experience to dine here after a long time since last time i am quite dissapointed with the taste but since my friend encourage me to give it a chance then here we are. I gave it a shot which turned out into a mess just because of your waiter's poor service. FYI, i knew Bisa group for quite a long time and i always dine in different restaurant. But to be honest, BITP is the least place to go compares to other restaurant. And excuse me, there is so many famous hot pot restaurant besides BITP and its a normal thing if we kinda mixed up the rules of each restaurant for example : if 2 pots of soup, is it double charge or count as one? Since other restaurant in Medan usually count as one and I think it would be a normal thing IF we asked a common question from your waiter since it's been a long time i didnt come to BITP. But we felt that your waiter looked down on us as if like we cannot afford this meal? Made me laugh to dead. Okay forget about those rude behaviour until payment time, I am happily pay with YOUR BISA GRoup voucher which i bought during hari kemerdekaan. And you know? Your beloved waiter was asking IF My vouchers i bought it were in cash? Helloooo.. Is this questions relatable?? BITP or Bisa Group please kindly teach your waiter (please investigate his name) what is called manner! It made us lazy to go back...

Be prepared for a higher price point, as you can expect to spend around Rp. 200–250K per person. While the food may not blow you away, the overall experience, especially for families, makes it...
Read moreThis is a franchise restaurant from Singapore serving hotpot with no options of ala carte dishes. Sauces are charged per person and you can build your own or follow their recipe available in the sauce area. You also get a free flow of fruits and a couple of appetizers. The soup I have to say is great, on par with other famous hotpot restaurants. The options for toppings are also quite extensive especially for the vegetable section. The indoor playground helps to entertain the kids while the adults are still finishing up. Food - 8 Service - 10 Vibe -...
